Seriously some times this fucking rag tag group is just too fucking out there...I am more libertarian and I am pro Trump

Are you sure you're not getting high on your own supply?  For better or worse, I don't think I've seen Trump promote a single libertarian viewpoint.

China is “socialism with Chinese characteristics” which translates to hyper-capitalism.

The USA is far more socialist than China.

Funny how socialists always claim that the socialist countries aren't really socialist.

The US is a dichotomy of Oligarchs disguised as a Republic that purports to be A Democracy with Socialized recompense designed to quell the masses.

Oh FFS, I was kidding!

Apologies, brother. Did not read the sarcasm.

I am a bit troubled with the world today, owing to the unfortunate events in Sri Lanka.

Yeah, me too actually, I wish the muslims would just stop killing innocent people.
If they keep this up it will end very badly for them.

Wait, how are we so sure this is rightly directed towards the Muslim community?
Although I'm not part of a religion, I find it somewhat offensive to see people blindly pointing fingers.

I'd wager that Muslims didn't even have a hand in this.  What could be achieved by a small group of 'terrorists' hurting the public like this? Do they think they'd somehow gain power or control from it, No, not even a small chance!
Now ask the same question: What could be achieved by the 'government' or 'TPTB' sending fear into the public?
Very simple, fear=submission
Ii believe its all power and control tactics used by the state or a globalists agenda.
Seems way to coincidental the past few weeks of religious connected events. NZ, Notre-Dame, and now Sri Lanka.
Comon' Nobody slips on banannas.
But, but the news said it was the muzlums.

Dude I'm going to have to tell you about this group of terrorist, it's going to blow your mind and it's a lot more plausible.
They're called ISIS, they're a bunch of fucks and are eating war on anyone that's not like them.
BS, ISIS is a outfit trained and funded by USA and Israel. They are being used as the publics' bogeyman to garner justification for endless war. ISIS, Al-qaeda and the Taliban are all the same puppets.  Further, these factions were created to fight each other and destabilize areas/governments.
Hopefully you were just joking, is that leftists humour?

Seriously some times this fucking rag tag group is just too fucking out there. Like I said in my earlier post I am more libertarian and I am pro Trump, I'll agree the US sucks at thinking through what happens after proxy wars but in no way do I think that ISIS is a continuously backed group  by the US and Israel. I think you fell down a rabbit hole and need to hop out.

First research how many Muslims ISIS killed in comparison to any other religion, and then talk about "Muslims"

The US is a dichotomy of Oligarchs disguised as a Republic

You just described Rome under rule of the senate and why the average human lived better under dictatorship of the Caesars.  A senate is just a decentralized tyranny.  If your lot in life sucks, going and whacking a senator solves nothing because there's too many and it's just playing a futile game of whack-a-mole.  If there's only one figurehead of state (monarchy or whatever), there's far more accountability because whacking the monarch actually does institute change.

A constitutional monarchy is probably about as good as it gets for representation.  Both forms of govt are going to become tyrannical over time, it's all really just about their failure recovery modes and succession.  It's debatable as to which one is better in that regard.  Since it's so difficult to get rid of an entrenched, distributed, crooked political system like a senate, you might need an enormous civil war where half the country dies to make it happen.  Whereas replacing a Caligula might just take one of his servants.

Quite the kool-aid drinker you are. It's not unlikely that this was the US's doing nevertheless; way too coordinated for some random faith-bamboozled monkeys.

Can we get back to the topic at hand? You can play out your "religion is good" nonsense here.

Insert r0ach statement about how digital shitcoins have no valid Schelling point and longest chain does nothing to solve rough consensus attack.  It can be hash power gamed and flipped back and forth a hundred times a day like some type of quantum state, or subverted entirely by the bogus bitcoin core claim that miners don't matter and only user Sybil nodes do.  In reality, their statement was just a recognition that bitcoin already failed and they were trying to rewrite the rules of the game on the fly.  There's no such thing as a "real" bitcoin, unlike how there's an obvious 'real' physical gold and silver being defined by it's periodic table composition.

Not your Node
Not Bitcoin

Sure, it's pithy. But WTF does that even mean?

It's a good hook to remember that you can have your own Full Node. Wink

So no sign of JJg again. Hope he's fine and come back soon with his lengthy post, I like reading his posts. (no gay feeling, he's like big brother here in this wo thread)

And really hoping that he's not "getting wrench" according to  @jojo

Hahahahaha..

Thanks.    I am not getting wrenched.

I am just in the middle of a lot of changes, including shitty and sporadic internet  - hopefully my ability to post and to catch up on the many WO pages generated every day will become better settled in the coming weeks.

By the way I screwed up on some cash issues, too in the past week, and some of my free fiat got tied up.. and so I am not sure if I would want to buy bitcoin with that tied up cash that will need to clear in a week or so.....which is likely going to cause me to be a bit overbalanced in cash, if I don't buy some bitcoins with it. . If I don't buy bitcoins with it, as soon as it clears, at least to stack it up, in the event that BTC prices dip at some point in the coming weeks...

Questions remain.  UP before down?  Bottom in?  I am still in about the 50/50 thinking on these issues.

Good to see you again, you have many pages ahead. Wink

UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF FLORIDA Case No. 18-cv-80176-Bloom/Reinhart

IRA KLEIMAN, as personal representative of the estate of David Kleiman, and W&K INFO DEFENSE RESEARCH, LLC,

Plaintiffs,
v.

CRAIG WRIGHT,  Defendant.

 _____________________________________/

ORDER MEMORIALIZING RULINGS

On  April  4,  2019,  the deposition  of  Craig  Wright  was  conducted  in  London,  United Kingdom.  Consistent with the procedure approved by the Court, the parties contacted the Court by telephone to resolve several legal issues that arose during the deposition.  The Court entered its orders on the record during the deposition.  This Order memorializes those rulings.

1. The request to compel Dr. Wright to disclose the amount of bitcoin he mined during 2009 and 2010 is denied without prejudice.  The Court will revisit this issue after the parties brief whether production of a list of Dr. Wright’s bitcoin ownership would be unduly burdensome.

2. Dr.  Wright  was  directed  to  answer  the  question  of  whether  he  had  told  Dave Kleiman how much bitcoin Dr. Wright mined in 2009 and 2010.

3. Dr. Wright declined to answer questions about his ex-wife based upon an alleged limitation arising from litigation in Australia.  The Court deferred ruling on this issue to allow the
parties to brief whether Australian law or any other principle of international law precludes this Court from compelling Dr. Wright to provide this testimony.

4. Dr. Wright declined to answer questions about his current wife, citing the marital testimonial  and  marital  communications  privileges.    The  Court  deferred  ruling  on  this  issue  to allow the parties to brief the privilege issues.

5. Dr. Wright declined to answer certain questions based on alleged national security concerns.  The Court deferred ruling on this issue to allow the parties to brief the issue, including providing evidence that the United States Government joins in the national security objection.

The Court has already scheduled a discovery status hearing on April 11, 2019, at 3:00.  At that time, the parties should be prepared to propose a briefing schedule for the issues identified above.

DONE and ORDERED in West Palm Beach, Florida, this 5th day of April, 2019.
Honorable Bruce E. Reinhart
United States Magistrate Judge
