there IS NO ATTACK.

Lauda, this is a gentlemen's club.  You need to stop frightening the guests, gather your Alanis Morissette tapes, and leave the premises.

Amazing Hat one of the coolest I have seen, is it a request or just there for occasions (like now for a few days?)

Love it

Thank you Mr. MicG and it is for everyone any time this is fine. Smiley

Very nice this hat, excellent, for these times.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I made a sketch for the tenth anniversary, but the design is not my thing, it is a retro finish (with filters).

The hat could be for the anniversary of bitcointalk or for theymos  Cool  the logo is that of the forum.

Excuse me xhomerx10, for wearing one of your hats for this, I just want to see if I wake up your motivation in the last minutes. Wink

edit: I have not resisted the temptation, I have published it in the contest Cool:

1 Gigawatt Bitcoin Mine Under Construction in Texas Would Dwarf Bitmain’s.

Quote
The mine would ramp up to full capacity through 2020, with 300 megawatts of power slated to come online in the first quarter and the full 1 gigawatt scheduled for the fourth quarter.

who was talking about miner capitulation?  Huh

all coins held in SegWit addresses will be donated to miners, as they are free-to-spend coins in the legacy (pre-SegWit) blockchain, and only the coins held in legacy addresses will stay intact and belonging to their owners (private key holders).

Whaaaattt???
Good thing my stash has never touched a segwit addy then eh? lol
I'm safe..

Tesla unveiled the new cybertruck just now.
Some very cool features but absolutely hideous. I really thought it was a joke at first.

I hate EVs but also hate pickup trucks (I prefer gas guzzling sports cars), but that "truck" is sick!! It's like a modern burger Delorian..

BTC is in a little dip.. Might last a while.. Next pump 300k!

There is zero actual truth behind this. We're talking about a 51% attack, in which it would be retarded to think the price of BTC would come out of it unscathed. However, the chances of a 51% attack happening in BTC are next to nothing.

Even if it did happen, assuredly the bitcoin community would reorganize and go with the chain where the attack didn't happen. So "anyone can spend" would only be in effect for as long as people were willing to buy coins on the wrong chain. It would be chaotic for a few weeks, and yes, the price of BTC would plummet, along with all other coins. It could take years for confidence to rebuild afterward. However, I'm willing to bet anybody that this will NOT happen, EVER.

This was an interesting podcast with the head of OTC at Kraken, Nelson Minier and host Peter McCormack.
They talk about his shift from wall street to Kraken,  who buying OTC what its like, how much and how scarcity is starting to be realized in the markets.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kRXM3om6fa4

It dawned on me that perhaps there's a Bitcoin shortage in the market below 10K right now. Maybe whales need to drop prices to bring miner coins back to the market.

Observing $74XX at the moment. Hopefully people start accumulating from these prices at least. We are dangerously close to the 350DMA support by the way. If it goes below that, it will be ugly.

It is one of those moments, you either win big or die. (we re not gonna die ofc but we may wait a bit longer for the new ATH)
