maybe Lambie is actually that tart crumbs/notlambchop who used to haunt this place
would explain the endlessly repetitive, nearly funny but not actually, meaningless trolling

Exactly..

He just changed from posting bearish bullshit to posting bullish bullshit, and of course, we will be more receptive to the bullish bullshit - but it is still mostly nonsensical and distracting from substance bullshit.

Transaction fees are up again aren’t they?

Bought some more corn to replace what I sent rdbase (and some more on too of that).

Average fees are currently 94 sat/byte

Still waiting 3 hours later for a confirmation when I sent some corn with a 68 sat/byte fee.

Of course, marcus summed it up much MOAR better than me, and just his time on the forum shows way more credibility than newbies devolving into baseless personal attacks that likely clutter way more information than they inform or contribute.

Sure it's possible - as it's also entirely possible - that the account has been sold.
Careful, I'm not saying that it has.

Good morning troops

After a nice impulsive run up to $9,485.26 bitcoin had dropped back down under $9k and is currently looking for support in the $8.7k range. #dyor

Two considerations:
1. More than the height of the graph it is interesting the "area" below the graph, this tells you haow much and for how long the halving has been relevant since a few months.
2. Mempool is "full" (well, it hasn't been so busy since July last year"): early signs of FOMO?

My body is ready.

Red red red.

The halving is of course important, but I'm not convinced it's that important in the long run. Most BTC has been mined already, the price can't depend that much on mining.

The only way to undermine bitcoin is with a massive, global, coordinated smear campaign. Politics is all about being disagreeable and uncooperative. We are at no risk at all.

The problem is going to come when it's time to "cash out". The US is supposed to unveil it's new, stricter, draconian AML/KYC regulations for cryptocurrencies. The US makes just about every nation on earth abide by the same rules. At the very least, they're going to require Proof of Source of Funds that will require you to prove how you got your bitcoins, and how you got the money to buy your bitcoins. They'll also probably require sharing this PoSoF information between exchanges and payment processors so you can't reuse the same proof at different exchanges, etc.
