I fully expected a pullback once we got over 300 but this fall has been much much more grueling than I anticipated. It seems like we may give up all of the recent gains. Very disappointing

Is this good or bad? Jon Matonis: ""Bitcoin XT is attempting to fork the core code by propagating it through the existing nodes. I would urge Gavin and Mike Hearn to withdrawal the Bitcoin XT propagation starting today. (If Gavin and Hearn succeed) it will eventually lead to a 21 million cap change."I think the more coins there are the more money will be put into it so we should go up?Other thoughts? "I threw it out there as an extreme view of what someone could do. Unfortunately a lot of people in the community thought that I was proposing we get rid of the 21 million bitcoin cap." -Jon Matonis https://www.youtube.com/watch?t=748&v=OwO5u6OVaaA

I think if we wan´t BTC to survive ,the true believers have to hold until 10-50$, otherwise if we would also sell now we would probably crash the thin orderbooks to 0$ which would be very bad for the public image of Bitcoin. So HODL I sure will, lambie!

Imo Gavin and Hearn are to blame for this. The way of dealing with this issue is the problematic and harms BTC.

God damn it! People are stupid! Dr Lehdonvirta added increasing block size could potentially make Bitcoin less accessible.
"Downloading the whole blockchain is already such an effort that most people choose not to run Bitcoin on their computers," he said.
"This would put Bitcoin on a trajectory where that problem is exaggerated."

The way of dealing with this issue is the problematic and harms BTC. they just dont give a shit, heanr does not even have 100 BTC. its their way or nothing. fucking retards, flushing decentralization and consensus down the USG toilets. so gogo exponential block size! Blame for what? For the PR desaster that is unfolding at the moment and that could cause harm to the adoption of BTC as much as Goxfart did.

Blame for what? For sabotaging bitcoin. You do realise that Gavin has been cashing out his btc and buying stocks instead! So hilarious, anyone following these two compromised tards needs to lose all their btc. These two do not have btc's best interests at heart.

Somebody who is supposed to believe the future of his project should not be making such a nightmare of PR every time he speaks to the media. From the article --- “If bitcoin is wildly successful, I’m still holding on to a good chunk of bitcoin. It could be worth tens of millions of dollars, but it could be worth zero. It doesn’t make sense to hold more than that amount. I don’t have a desire to be a multi-billionaire. That’s not what motivates me, I have no desire to be filthy rich.” Sounds to me like he is merely taking profits on a portion of his coins and diversifying into other things. Sounds prudent to me. I also hold stocks which I think all people should if they have the funds. You make it sound more dire than it is. Any of you out there that bought coins below 100 and never have sold any are crazy in my book. Taking profits on a portion of your gains is prudent...not reckless.
