Heh, I guess I shouldn't have stuck my opinion into a religious debate.

I'm sure you'll find whatever government studies to back your beliefs. I don't argue with religious fanatics that can quote scripture for anything I might say so I'll leave you to your beliefs.

As I always tell my global warming friends that start preaching...

Once your solution to global warming does not involve giving the government even more power, then I'll start taking the "science" seriously and look at the data. Until then, I'll sit on the side of skepticism.

I'm sorry to burst your bubble ... but they are not wrong.. but not right as well. (not yet at least)

Basically all the weather depends on the magnetic field of the Sun ... yeah.. you heard me.. sounds insane. But why do you think a comparison between Mercury and Mars makes almost no sense when it comes to the magnetic field. Basically Mercury has 2 or 3 times the magnetic field of Mars... but Mars is 2 times more massive... in mass and volume than Mercury. And the only difference is the distance they each have in relation to the Sun. Also ... Earth should have been an almost desert planet like Mars if we didn't had a moon. Basically the Moon plays a ping-pong role on the magnetic field level with the Earth or Terra if you may like to call it that by its proper name... Because it would make no sens to have almost the same gravity field and magnetic field similar to Venus that has no moon... but the only variation is the superior distance it poses from the Sun compared to our beloved Terra. Oh yeah.. and forgot to mention the magnetic field helps with the cloud coverage and how many charged particles enter our atmosphere, so basically now the Sun goes in a low magnetic field phase, meaning we will have more cloud coverage. That means more heat from the Sun will be reflected back in space. And we are at a 22 solar cycles minimum, meaning we will have in some countries like 10 years of winter... For example countries like Mongolia will be covered in snow for 10 years during all seasons. And like in 2030+ they will start to get a break...

All this nonsense that I just told you is that between 2045 - 2065 global warming will be high and mighty!... Because during those 15-20 years of cold years that we will have.. we will burn the sh!t out of wood, coal and oil... and other plastics and industry related things will be burned. And when the skies will clear and everything will shine again... you will see scorches everywhere! We will have to dig our homes deep underground in mountain regions with aquifer reservoirs inside the mountains to survive. Till the next cold period in 2065 - 2080 .. but I'm not sure we will learn our lesson and replant trees and sh!t.. and this will fuck us good till like 2115+ till we learned from our mistakes! .. So I suggest orbital space stations like in Elysium b!tches!

What is one meant to do to disabuse you of this myth, start climbing trees and measuring girths? I'd rather not, thanks.

Start proposing non-socialist solutions?

Sea is too risky because of the radiation soaking of the seas from all the nuclear fallout ... chemicals poured in to rivers that go in to oceans... Fukushima... Oh God.. so much sh!t... or if a tsunami hits you need to have it somehow submerged a healthy bunch ... and with that you also need a real time satellite system for prevention/warning system against tsunamis. The only solution with that is to make an artificial island like those in Dubai and build them under the sand of those islands and also have periodic maintenance to keep the island the same size due to constant erosion. But for now the oceans are the garbage dump of the world.

Finally some green all over the major exchanges even though I expected a much bigger price rise. But I can't complain it's ok we crossed the 600 dollar mark. Now BTC needs to keep above it.

There was that small retrace a few dollars back below $600, but it only lasted a few hours and the price has stayed above for the last five hours. Now the resistance has been tested the price should start to go higher.

I am happy to see that EU theory (Electric Universe) made at least one more person here to think about how flawed the Newtonian/Einsteinian gravitational theory is. And i am not being sarcastic, i find EU way better, simpler, and fitting with actual experimental data than the "mass=gravity" and "space bending" -lol, space is a concept - while they can not even define what is matter, and conjure up bullshits like Higgs-field - which is a clear sign of a failed hypothesis, when you have to postulate a never ending line of "new particles", and still failing with basic logical paradoxes. (Like how quantum mechanics can not coexist with relativity, not even on "paper".) Same problem in medicine, like the 30+ years fake bullshit HIV/AIDS (research it, seriously, watch House of Numbers for starters) or the whole basis for cancer therapy - yeah, radiate and poison people with known carcinogenic/mutagenic "cures", never mind the 98% mortality rate in 5 years "remission" follow up.... Mainstream science is a joke nowadays.

not a word about the hacked/leaked userdata...??

http://themerkle.com/hacked-bitcointalk-user-data-finally-surfaces-on-dark-net/

Just a few days ago, the data stolen from the BitcoinTalk.org hack in 2015 was posted for sale on dark net. A hacker going by DoubleFlag, is selling BitcoinTalk.org’s database. The same hacker is said to be responsible for the 68 million emails and hashed passwords from Dropbox that went for sale on dark net not too long ago.

BitcoinTalk.org was originally hacked in May of 2015, but the data wasn’t posted until a few days ago. DoubleFlag seems to have been the first one able to get his hands on it, and no one after him for that matter. The stolen data was only accessible by using data breach notification sites like Hacked-DB and LeakedSource.

The data base is going for 1 Btc, roughly $610.00. The file contains over 500,000 accounts, complete with details like log in info, IP addresses, passwords, email, and phone numbers. To break it down, there are 469,540 passwords that have been encrypted with SHA-256, and 44,868 passwords encrypted wit SMF encryption.

Sample data was on display, showing off more than 600 accounts, just to validate DoubleFlag’s claims.

Even though the passwords are encrypted, it doesn’t take much to decrypt them in reasonable time, and have access to the accounts that have been leaked. Warnings have been issued to clients and customers, stating the data has been sold, and to make sure to keep a close eye on any and all accounts connected with BitcoinTalk.org.

This isn’t the first case of a database being stolen and leaked online, and it won’t certainly be the last. Earlier in the year, 427 million Myspace accounts were on the very dark net site these ones are being sold on. In May, 117 million LinkedIn accounts went for sale on other dark net markets, as well as 33 million Twitter accounts.
