So the maths happened.. parabolic has to complete its cycle before.. moving upward.. it will surely cross 3000 usd level but after completing this parabolic cycle... and it has to come down to anywhere between 1300 to 1500 usd level... which is 61.8% to 78.8% retracement of this parabolic move ... over 8 weeks. I like your chart, but it's never hitting $1500. Ever. You know what they say, never say never, Finex longs are around $70MM all time high, shorts are down to BTC15K more than half from all time high in April. If longs will start getting squeezed it won't be pretty In that case, that is exactly what will happen. Gonna sleep on it, see where the price is a bit later.

The way things seem to go right now, I think the price will recover over the next few days. It is obviously a joke that the price can fall 25% for no reason so frequently, but c'est la vie! I didn't sell at $3000, though I have been looking to sell a very small amount. I keep waiting, then waiting but I am too afraid to miss out should the price continue to rise. Let's see how it goes from here, even $2000 is a very high price historically.

This is a good analysis if you are looking for a long term long at around the ~$1200 level or so. However its too early to tell if we will be getting any mid-term bearish action. Shorting based on this is not a good indicator. Tomorrow, all of todays moves could easily be reversed as it was in the past. We are still in a strong bull market.

Sounds about right - we've been in bull for a while - nice to get some bearish sentiment for a while - then back on the train to 3000+ in a couple of months time =)

This seemed like a small bubble in our fractal growth. If it rhymes with an earlier one, maybe we will see another around the end of this year: http://imgur.com/a/f3ZQy

This news is irrelevant as merchants don't keep any BTC and simply contribute to the volatility.

why should it contribute to volatility? imo its actualy positive as more retail BTC transactions are making bitcoin more viable and stronger in the long run. Only setback now is limited amount of transactions in 10 minute block window, and high fee
