The earlier the better for them. It would be a lot worse for them if they showed their dictatorial face in front of half of America's population. Now only the small userbase of Bitcoin are affected by it.

Very scary time to be in BTC.  One interesting thing is that ppl w fiat in gox  are going to have to buy BTC to get out of gox.  So price might go up a bit at first. Who knows what after that.  Could be very bad.

This is not an investment, it's a movement.
