If the rocket was inside the donkey, I think it could go viral.

i think many guys here are really calm holding bulls because they bought under 10 USD...so it is little bit more easy to hodl i think...

It's irrelevant at what price you bought for deciding whether or not to hold an investment.

It depends on the person. I have more money than I have ever had in my life invested in Bitcoin. Had I earned that money through a regular job, there is no way I would consider putting it all into Bitcoin. But since it came so easy, it wouldn't hurt so much if I lost it all.

Probably how I would feel too. It's not rational however Smiley

It's not rational at all, but I feel the same way. I've been trying to ask myself if I had all my bitcoin-value in FIAT... would I buy as many bitcoins as I own now? Answer is usually: no, not even close, I wouldn't.

Then why am I not selling? Well, I actually am, but I can't bring myself to sell even close to the required amount. Why? Well, I guess I probably learned by pain through past experience that selling Bitcoin is not a good idea.

Selling precious coins when you're a bull is extremely hard. Harder than "not buying" even though you're bullish, I guess.

I feel the same, I bought my coins from 10-130 I sold most when the price went to $50 thinking "yea I made a huge profit" but when the price kept rising I was amazed, then when Bitcoin was around +100 I had a hard time convincing my self to buy back, I bought back and now I hold 5 times less what I suppose to have if I held and didn't sell, now that I have a clear view and a good understanding of how Bitcoin works and the its concept, there is no chance that I will sell all my stash even if the price will crash to 100, maybe I would sell to buy back at a lower price but not to go all fiat.

although when I decided to invest in Bitcoin I first decided to buy hardware for mining the difficulty was around 3-5 millions ? but I mined just a couple of coins because I was having stability issues and lack of time to get around mining, I lost so much of time not caring about my miners and the there was the block halving and everyone yelled mining is not profitable anymore.... I also didn't want to buy an ASIC because they seemed expensive and I didn't believe in the pre-order thing, so I just had to sell the hardware and buy bitcoins.

If I bought bitcoins at the first place I would be in a better position, but it was fun anyways, and I got the chance to read and understand most of the technical part of bitcoin when I was trying to mine...

No, just a rocket-powered Bitcoin donkey for fun! (See previous posts). But if there is a bad meaning in poker maybe best leave it out!  Grin

I think your right. atm it would take 3000 btc to break 1000. This could happen tomorrow, when usually the rally's starts. When we get close to 1000, we will probably break it right away i guess. Alot of confidence building up.

We will go through $1,000 and it will be like a knife through butter. Then I believe the odds are we will never see it again.

maybe. I don't know. I stopped gambeling and just hold Smiley But I think it is possible to go back to $850ish on gox first and then in maybe one week it will break the 1000.
