Good thing those bubble charts don't apply to Dogecoin!
Doge ain´t comparable to bad bubble bitcoin. Doge a safe bet is. If Bitcoin goes up, doge will too. If Bitcoin goes down- doge will moon. Wow

An exponential log chart? is this the end of the world??
No, as the chart bases on MtGox, this "exponential correction" just accounts for fiat withdrawal troubles... Has anyone managed to get fiat out of gox. I have about 2.5k in there Yes, SEPA worked fine - took 4-6weeks though Does SEPA work to a UK bank (some of them accept SEPA transfers from Europe). Just curious, never tried getting proper money out of Gox, but I am sitting on some bux, a little more than previous questioner actually... yes I think it does if you have the appropriate account with multiple currencies, you should ask your bank before withdrawing, anyway a SEPA from gox takes from 4-8 weeks, in my opinion the best thing to do is to buy BTC and hold for 8 weeks and sell, hopefully the price will rise till then, it is better than withdrawing now and waiting couple of months when you could just sell later for higher price... Thanks... have been playing the dips since before Christmas keeping all my play coins and liquid fiat there. Time to get out now, and yes, looks like I will have to exit in BTC. Am just thinking we can't break the 1K (quadruple top in my book) so will bale out of it hits the low 900s one more time on Gox and move it all over to Stamp. I do trade there, but still enjoy playing the Gox volatility - it moves more. 130 bux over the rest makes me nervous though - the gap is just too much. Risk / 'pain in the ass' premium, I guess - or maybe artificial. Either way it er... sux.

These charts are not like the bitcoin chart in that the peak of wave B has been topped at $1100. By elliot wave analysis and by sentiment, which is very relevant regarding bubbles, we could easily be in the next wave up. a lot of people are bearish, and taking shorts. I made the point not long ago, and it seems like the market has since begun to release those short positions. $1000 here we come!

You mentioned in an early post that you were there recently... Me too even more interesting, what were you doing there ? I am originally from Algeria my parents lives there now.... in fact bitcoin.dz is not a bad idea, just imagine people with bags of money struggling with getting money out of the country when they get introduced to bitcoin. last time I was there no one had an Idea about what Bitcoin was, although I did a research and it was mentioned a couple of times on Le Figaro and Le matin in 2011, to be honest I was thinking about this project for some time now I just dont know how to get around it... I don't know where you all are getting this "Elliot Wave confirmation of whatever" but the recent trend looks very similar to the one which brought us down to $455 on gox.

yup, a $50 move up makes me think we are going to drop 50% as well trends are defined by higher highs and higher lows. we are not talking about $50 moves here, major resistance was broken at $1100. as an elliot wave analyst I am not 100% conivinced this means the uptrend has resumed, because I am no fool, but is is a significant edge, something worth acting on. much more significant than any kind wave wave pattern is the sentiment that goes with it. If people are bearish and the price is rising, it will likely continue. shorts will be squeezed, and Ive heard of too many fools shorting bitcoin heavily now.

Everybody just wants more action. But all we get is more consolidation and range trading. This could go on for a while. The longer is does, the more bullish it becomes. Good news just keeps coming in. Eventually that good news is going to mean more fiat into the markets. And that means up.

OK - Gox is 140 up on Huobi / Stamp /BTC-e.
The other three are within a dollar or so of each other and largely not budging much.
I don't get it - this looks very odd to me.
Any credible theories out there?
