Charts are looking bearish as hell.

Bots are clearly manipulating hold up in price, forcing bid pressure to build up, and then wham bham thank you Tam, a great big dirty fkn 800 BTC sell order gets instantaneously triggered into Bid wall between $814-$810 (someone done well to shift 800 BTC within those narrow ranges), the next 0.01 btc worth of trade takes the spot down to $800.

We then have a 'bounce to $818 on very thin volume, but all the time the ask wall is piling up, getting steeper and steeper chasing the spot price.

And on this thread, at this seriously negative point in the chart development, we have two dozen posts (and counting) of CCMF jpegs, trains on fire, moons, with the odd graph with some arbitary and totally inane lines drawn on it.

I can only come to one conclusion.

u people are fkn clowns!

 Cheesy

lol.

Edit: Or is there some 'Spirit of the Titanic' thing going down here that I am missing?  Is it the case that you all know its going down but your are 'holding' all the same, and putting on a brave face?

my point exactly.. your doing the same thing you're complaining about from the bulls...making a self fulfilling prophecy.

You could remain out of that by just saying thanks to my TA and my analysis of the buying and selling pressures from bots I think we're going to experience a movement downward or what not...but no.. you gotta insinuate there is money to be made from following your strategy and shorting.. someone will lose.

However hodlers can at least bank on the past when they tell people to buy and wait a year.. I don't think anyone would've have won a year long short with bitcoin yet.

Good for you, you could treat your girlfriend to dinner at a nice Michelin Star restaurant.

Do realize that many people on the Wall Observer thread are up perhaps a few orders of magnitude more?

EDIT TO CORRECT FOR SOKC POPPET BREACH: I wish for sooo many richez MatTHECat in my country we not have too many moniez, just a few doges.

No short, no long.

I think sideway Dilemma will go on. Worse than any clear up- or downtrend.

So the fair value for Jan 2014 is somewhere between US$180 and US$18000 per BTC?  Hard to argue with that.

Nice symmetrical triangle forming on the 15m chart on Stamp. Could break out either way but I'm seeing lots of bigger sell orders coming through so odds tilted towards a downward movement I think.

If I was a fund and wanted to buy coins, I would not choose an exchange where they are 15% more expensive...
My guess is that it is someone with a large amount of USD in a MtGOX account who has decided to move it out even if it means a 15% loss.  It would make sense for him to buy a little at a time (so as to avoid trigering a rally) and pause whenever the penalty becomes too big.
