It is obvious he has stolen the coins himself with help from a few others. And has managed (somehow) to fuck with everyone until now. He has been using stalling tactics to steal as many coins as he can. This is one of the biggest heists in history! You would have to be Jesus not to be tempted by such a heist.

you don't have to be Jesus when you can be filthy rich without stealing.

Yes, mtgox may have had a good business for the while and they enjoyed it while it lasted. And now that wall st is getting involved, how long do you think his income would last? Its much easier to steal 750,000 coins my friend. And thats what he chose, the easy way. Just like most people would do.

No more dumping ?

But can you see price picking up on this.
It maybe be a slow grind down, especially with weekend coming..

hmm, china wants coins badly now i guess...
http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2014-02-27/chinese-currency-plunges-most-over-5-years-biggest-weekly-loss-ever-yuan-carry-trade

Bitcoin has gone down almost 50-60% in three months. You serious think Chinese investors what to move their currency from one volatile currency to another one just for shits and giggles.

They have so much money, they just throw it around (real estate, gold) and speculative investments. They love gambling, it's in their nature.

Yes. This is bullish. less coins means more $/BTC. Less uncertainty. Good new means buy the rumor sell the news. Bad news means sell the rumor buy the news.

I can tell you that no matter how much this seems to be bullish the price is going to go down further, and I can speculate on going lower than 400.

The Mtgox situation is more complicated than we all think and this will impact the price negatively for weeks if not months, nevertheless this is bullish long term for 2 reasons, the first is the death of Mtgox and the second is the media exposure.

but the bullish move will take at least few months to start pop-up, only my opinion. lets see what will happen.

Am i really the only one who is concerned that Bitcoin hasn't responded to ANY good news in MONTHS?
People dump every single time there is some bad news. Often it isn't even bad news but more like "i'm gonna panic sell in case it us bad news". We go lower and lower. Now we're at 570. There will be good news. Nobody will give a shit. They're all waiting for the next bad news so we can go lower again.
We would need to most amazing super positive news ever to stop this and i don't see this coming.

So give me one reason why we could go up again. I can't find any. I really can't.

Edit: how much longer will we be going down because of Gox. They are gone. Will it take us down for months to come? Can't people just get over it?

People are on huge profits and they're more keen to react and realize some of those profits than to push further in some tricky times.

We can't go up all the time, it's some 3-4 months since we had huge rally.

yup that right..

Plus, may i add THIS:

Quote from: Coindesk Shrem's article
The company has also hired a lot of developers, but any developer code that’s created has to be looked over and checked by Karpeles, creating a bottleneck that has severely hampered progress.

As i read it bitcoin could become the switzerland for currencies for a chinese investor. But i don't claim to understand the situation completly

Yeah, who wouldn't want to invest in something that lost 50% of it's value and keeps dropping every single day.
