IMHO the only panic that will happen, is that most of people who doesn't have coins at Bitstamp ( suggesting that they are like me I never keep BTC on exchanges) will start sending coins to exchanges, but Bitstamp require 6 confirmations now, so any drop wont occur instantly, it will take hours to happen. and days of waves till we break the last low.

That's the point BTC won't work for me anymore. I dont trust it. I don't trust any exchanges anymore. But Bitcoin is based on trust only.
Bitcoin is based on not trusting. Its primary value is as a cryptographic protocol providing cryptographic guarantees, so that you do not need to trust a counterparty. If you give your bitcoins to someone else and they do not return them, it is not a failure of bitcoin. It is a failure of your good sense. Do not trust your good sense until you retrain it. Bitcoin remains trustworthy. +1

I doubt that, all current exchanges ( maybe except BTC-e) use strict AML and KYC complience

Be grateful with gox at least you have a physical person to hate, a place to protest, and legal proceedings to attempt. Now imagine if it was btce that went down. It would just *poof* *gone*. There would be none of this drama.

Watching Mark in that video is just absolutely infuriating
What a crook, you see no remorse whatsoever - he's just going through the motions and preparing for retirement.
