This is pretty entertaining stuff, had to send you a merit for it. I know in some developing countries they don't let foreigners own land, or else they can only be up to 49% owners... wonder how the lease works in those places.

Even more so than super yachts, islands seem like something that are much better left as someone else's problem. I'd much rather rent and then bugger off.
Yeah, with such things... rent is almost always better then full ownership.

Ah, thanks. Gosh, June?? It feels like three months have been taken away from my life. I've got to find a way to make up for it. That's actually a good practice, for bitcoin in particular, to wait a couple months after the latest update. The client has usually been tested for a few weeks or months as a "release candidate" even before getting into it's "final" or release version. Still, you'd notice there are sometimes rapid updates in succession, like x.x.1 then x.x.2 then x.x.3, then you really would not have missed much by updating directly to the latest one.

Definitely my kind of thing, but I wonder the amount of security you would need for most of them.

Gross. Hope the fed is happy with their purchases, which are actually mostly treasury bonds and assorted debt. I remember when Larry Ellison bought Lanai island of Hawaii and sank about $500 million into it. Heartwarming to know he could now buy 24 more Lanais thanks to the fed.

Will the corrections be coming?
There is always a correction. One was on August 2nd and another on August 10th. It could happen one right now or can happen after a week of additional growth. It dont really matters . What does matters is, that price of Bitcoin is higher after every next correction. That means that we are in a bull market. And it is funny to see that even after such Tesla growth Elon Musk is not the biggest gainer among the wealthiest

<...> Check out that pesky DXY.
DXY is utterly overvalued as an indicator of the outright "shit power" level of the USD, as it is comparing USD shitcoin vs EUR shitcoin, JPY shitcoin and CHF not so shitcoin.... So it is always deeply rotten indicator. I start pricing everything vs XAU, try plotting SPX priced in XAU... that is a suprise...

Classic Bart You're probably right. Just hope we maintain the $12k USD/BTC price floor.

Strange website name. One youth friend of my father (my father is the godparent of his son) has bought land in Vanuatu because of its low tax, and he has a brother living there for decades, however in the end at more than 70 he's still not there, instead he moved to Switzerland and still works (owns a psychiatric clinic). I guess for some people they never have enough money. In his place I would have quit everything long ago and enjoyed my island, and also take trips everywhere. Strange? It's the name of the company's founder. Now if it were called ljaesma.vu, that would be strange. Well "hooker" as a name is a bit strange I find. aesma isn't my name, if it was it would be a bit strange too, although most people don't know what it means, and don't check. Well, the group of people adhering to Zoroastrianism in the world may be slightly larger than the group named Hooker but I imagine it's close.
