And then it occurred to me: a lot of people do believe what he has to say, about anything, and for all intents and purposes they are (supposedly) in their "right minds." For whatever reason (ego, inability to admit they were wrong, mainly), a lot of people still unflinchingly swallow his ghastly tacky, overcaloric swill and down it as "truth."
Sure, a lot of people believe crazy right-wing conspiracy theories. But a lot of lefties believe crazy left-wing conspiracy theories too. left wing conspiracy theories? could you name a few for me?

The queen of England is the head of a nazi drug running cabal. Oh wait, that's not a theory. :-) The ultimate problem I have with extreme liberals is the same problem I have with extreme conservatives: They both believe in the concept of Platonic thought as presented by Pythagoras: The belief that the laws of the universe can be discerned by pure thought and logic. In other words, reality is subjective. And in that regard there is little to no difference in extreme D and extreme R: Same thought system with slightly different starting points. My belief is more along the lines of Aristarchus who posits that the universe can be understood through observation as opposed to derived from basic principles. Reality, to put it simply, exists outside of our own perceptions and assumptions. How closely one aligns their view of the universe to the observed state of the universe determines what one might call "happiness".

You missed the whole "Russians hacked the election" thing?
The U.S. Intelligence Community concluded Russia conducted operations during the 2016 U.S. election to assist Donald Trump in winning the presidency. For example, Russian hackers did hack the DNC and RNC, but only released DNC damaging info. People bashing Trump while thinking the Democrat side is any better, make me Mweh The Democrat side, in this instance, is in fact quantifiably better as it does not contain Donald Trump, who is objectively a giant piece of shit, currently deadset on undermining the legitimacy of the office he so stupidly holds despite every partially-balled confidant of his telling him he's being harmfully ridiculous and an utter man child. People doing shit or doing shit while acting like a Twitter Gorilla. Does it make any difference? Whether you're bitten by the cat or the dog, makes no difference. All points downwards. Pfff... Is this a pump for ants or what?
Our beloved Paypal users have stopped believing?

I’m thinking about not selling any coin until 1 year after the NEXT halving..
I think I can maintain continuing to be poor and wageslave for another 4 years..
I don’t even want a massive cat sailboat like that.. I could buy the sailboat I want for about 1btc right now.. But I also need many years worth of “fuck you, I’m onna boat” money.. How cheap is food in South America exactly?
Boats are expensive to own though, unless they're really small and trailered and you have space to store them. My father is on his third sailboat, he's into it since childhood and built the first one from plans with my grandfather, a Figaro 5 : He has a sailing instruction license so even when he didn't own a boat he could ride on one without issue. With his family growing my father bought a bigger sailboat, and that's when issues started ! But also great memories. It was a Jeanneau Fantasia : We've done many cruises with it, crossed the English channel several times... Now he has gotten a bit smaller one, easier to maneuver alone, and is lending a spot at the marina, very practical, however he spends like 1/5 the cost of the boat every year, if not more. He asked me if I wanted to buy into it and my answer was clear, no ! I can see myself owning a sailboat but it would have to be much bigger, "liveable", and I'd make big voyages with it, maybe even around the world. Or alternatively a small sport catamaran, I had a lot of fun with these. The 52" cat mentioned is nice and I'd definitely go for it, but for a cool million...you can buy an island in Panama ! I think I'd rather own the island, make a nice life on it, and travel and rent a sailboat at various spots to sail these, without having to deal with boat ownership year long.

OK, it's Altcoin season again.
That's why Bitcoin is a bit stale in the last few days.
Shouldn't take too long before Altcoins get dumped again and the money flows back into Bitcoin ;-)
I think it's the other way about. Alts are going up because bitcoin is a bit stale. What did you call me?!? Got my pop corn
