Filling one is a start Getting approved is another thing
How likely would it be…. ?
I have some doubts right now that Gary is waging war not only against shitcoins but also against Bitcoin, albeit stealthily. Certainly, as a representative of the government, he hates Bitcoin, which threatens the status of the dollar as the world's reserve currency, as well as bank deposits. He is certainly supported by most bankers, congressmen, feds, etc. It is not about the so-called regulations he is so concerned about. These regulations are nothing, dust in the eyes of the people. They just boil down to signing documents when buying an asset that you are aware of the risks. So it is unlikely to allow spot ETFs in principle. But if Gary gets fired or if a pro-Bitcoin president comes in, things will change very quickly. There's another scenario when the ETF is approved even if those things don't happen. Since Grayscale is suing SEC because the same article allows ETFs for futures but not for spot, it is very likely that this case will be won. Even if the court does not oblige the SEC to recognize the ETF, then in the next application, they will not have a legal reason to refuse, especially if it is a futures with a spot element, such as bakkt. And there is always the factor that Blackrock is not just another small company, but the largest asset company in the world! Who wants to make it his enemy?! And to hint that they are incapable of handling the ETF?!

OT: Good news. Mum is going to rehab next week. I was fighting hard for that, the usual waiting time is around 8 weeks Another week of mommysitting to go. Rehab relapse quote is a ittle under 90%. We'll see how this will go out., it's a one time opportunity, next time she be touching the bottles, she's going to be fucked up. Giving her 300mg of Benfothiamine daily, which should resolve dementia and imbalance in a few days *fingers crossed* Drink responsibly, fuck sleeping pills (Z's) and Benzos. I just read few of your old posts to get an idea of what your mom is undergoing. Its good to hear that your mom is recovering from side effects of excessive use of alcohol and anxiety reducing pills. Hope she was on time to quit these things. How precious is health, we only came to know once it start deteriorating. Take good care of you mom, as she took care of you when you were a kid. May God bless her with good health. Uh, oh... in fact she didn't. I was more or less in the way of her working career, practically spent three quarters of time at home with my grandparents, got kicked out at 17, because i didn't meet her expectations. She always had troubles raising me, i got beaten up a lot of times and my father was a workaholic and rarely at home, so he couldn't help me either. On the other hand, i was practically born altruistic, i had to learn to hate people for reasons but i never really got used to it, it just felt bad at all times. Still, i am not emotionally bound to my mother, as most people are, which keeps me away from experiencing all that drama while i'm still able to help her. Why? Because i feel sorry for her. He dedicated her life to her career, she never learned to love and accept herself. When my father died, i overtook a part of his role because she was lost, that's my other motivation. Dismissed my 2/3 of inheritance for her, i didn't need another house, but she took her part in building it together with my dad, so who would i be to take it from her? And yeah... that would have fucked up my karma completely, too. Sometimes i caught myself thinking that it would be better for her to die. I don't mean it in a hateful way at all, but as a good wish for her to end her miserable life, in which she got stuck since a dozen of years now. EDIT: Forgot to thank you for your wishes. I'd also love to see her experiencing the joy of life again.

A CrossFit dude's mind Grapples with weights and bitcoin Strength and wealth in sight The deadlift is the cornerstone of strength training. You train 70% of your musculature at once, it takes dedication, consistency, and hard work to become a successful deadlifter. The rewards are fenomenal. You truly have an insatiable, unquenchable love for pulling heavy load off the ground. The muscle burn after training to endure is addictive, isn't it? Atleast for me personally.

What definitely catches the eye is the following text : It wasn't clear if the ETF will be spot or futures. BlackRock did not immediately respond to requests for comment. To date, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), which oversees ETFs in the U.S., has rejected every application for a spot bitcoin ETF, though it has approved several bitcoin futures ETFs for trading. In other words, if it's another futures ETF, I don't see it making any significant difference considering all those who already do business in the U.S. Besides, the SEC is on the war foot and somehow it doesn't seem to me that they would approve the first spot ETF BTC, although maybe it's a matter of timing considering that the deadline in which the SEC gives its finally thought is even 240 days from filling. Spot ETF.

Bull = back ?
It was a short correction but it looks at least at the moment like the ETF news along with the Fed pausing has caused an upturn. Traditional markets rallied hard today as well. I’m still a bit bearish in the short term personally, but the long term fundamentals just keep improving. I am keeping my fingers crossed that Bitcoin is able to shrug off the coming recession and keep to it’s fractal pattern.

What an amazing exercise but, i have to say you have to had the correct biotype of body to not chase a injury after making it for a few years. I know you are gonna say "that its because you dont make the correct tecniqhe etc", but we all know that its not true, some bodytypes cant make this exercise in the long run plus if you go very hard its IMPOSSIBLE to maintain the correct technique
