The deadlift is the cornerstone of strength training. You train 70% of your musculature at once, it takes dedication, consistency, and hard work to become a successful deadlifter. I'm currently 42.

Doing weightlifting for more than 2 years now. Started 3 day's a week increased to 4 a 5 day's.

Gained 12 kg/26 lbs in musclemass and obtained a 6-pack which is impeccable satisfying.

It also helps burning calories more efficiently which decreases abdominal fat.

Getting more attention from woman which is always delightful.

My libio also accelerated.

Netherlands ‘Dismiss’ Binance’s Licence Application

The biggest cryptocurrency exchange Binance is leaving the Dutch market because it was unable to obtain a licence as a VASP. The exchange will stop taking on new Dutch members on June 17 2023 and current users will only be able to request withdrawals. Binance stressed its adherence to anti money laundering requirements in multiple European nations while expressing its commitment to continuous communication with Dutch regulators and its preparation to comply with forthcoming EU rules.

In addition Binance is the subject of a legal investigation and review by French authorities. Allegations of severe money laundering and the unauthorised provision of digital asset services to the public are the main subjects of the inquiry. Although Binance is registered as a provider of digital asset services in France the current inquiry raises questions about Binance capacity to receive a MiCA licence. The president of Binance in France emphasised the firm cooperation with authorities and dedication to compliance.

Bitcoin Shorts Lose $16M as BlackRock ETF Filing Sparks Bullish Outlook

Hopes surrounding a potential U.S. Bitcoin ETF filing by investment giant BlackRock fueled a bullish sentiment among some traders early Friday.

Bitcoin regained the $25,500 level to erase declines of the past two days, when it fell to as low as $24,860. The move provided some respite to major tokens such as Polygon Network’s MATIC and Cardano’s ADA, which eased some losses from a two-day slide. Dogecoin (DOGE) led gains among major tokens with a 4% move in the past 24 hours; litecoin added (LTC) added 3.3%.

On Thursday, CoinDesk reported that BlackRock planned to offer a Bitcoin ETF with crypto exchange Coinbase (COIN) serving as custodian. This was confirmed later after a filing showed the company’s iShares fund management unit filed paperwork for the formation of a spot bitcoin (BTC) ETF.

“An estimated 20% of Americans have now owned bitcoin at some point. BlackRock’s proposed ETF potentially offers the other 80% an option that is altogether more familiar and accessible,” said Sui Chung, CEO of CF Benchmarks, in an email to CoinDesk. “BlackRock’s increasing engagement shows Bitcoin continues to be an asset of interest for some of the world’s largest financial institutions.”

As such, the market strength of bitcoin impacted shorts – or bets against the currency – the asset with BTC-tracked futures seeing over $16 million in short liquidations in the past 24 hours. This figure was smaller than usual due to large declines in the past week, causing some traders to risk less capital than they normally would.
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has previously rejected other attempts by fund managers at listing a spot bitcoin ETF, including those from Grayscale, VanEck, and WisdomTree.

July Bitcoin futures prices are near steady in early U.S. trading Friday, but hit a three-month low overnight. The BC bears have the overall near-term technical advantage as a price downtrend is firmly in place on the daily bar chart. The path of least resistance for prices is still sideways to lower.

Uh, oh... in fact she didn't. I was more or less in the way of her working career, practically spent three quarters of time at home with my grandparents, got kicked out at 17, because i didn't meet her expectations. She always had troubles raising me, i got beaten up a lot of times and my father was a workaholic and rarely at home, so he couldn't help me either.
On the other hand, i was practically born altruistic, i had to learn to hate people for reasons but i never really got used to it, it just felt bad at all times.
Still, i am not emotionally bound to my mother, as most people are, which keeps me away from experiencing all that drama while i'm still able to help her. Why? Because i feel sorry for her. He dedicated her life to her career, she never learned to love and accept herself. When my father died, i overtook a part of his role because she was lost, that's my other motivation. Dismissed my 2/3 of inheritance for her, i didn't need another house, but she took her part in building it together with my dad, so who would i be to take it from her?

And yeah... that would have fucked up my karma completely, too.

Sometimes i caught myself thinking that it would be better for her to die. I don't mean it in a hateful way at all, but as a good wish for her to end her miserable life, in which she got stuck since a dozen of years now.

EDIT: Forgot to thank you for your wishes. I'd also love to see her experiencing the joy of life again.

I read your post in the morning before leaving for office and kept thinking whole day about wt to reply.
We need to maintain balance between work, health and family. They all have there own importance and you can't ignore anyone of it. It's painful to see people sacrificing health and family over work. In the end what matters is how much quality time you have spent in life and that's only possible if you have good health and family ( include friends too).
Parenting is a thankless job. I mean no one accept the sacrifice made by parents for there kids. I too didn't realised this until I have my own kids. Seeing how many nights my wife has not slept because our kid was not feeling well or for some reason he was not sleeping. I am sure my kids won't realise this too that what there parents did for them. They may have some story to tell when they grow up.
Parents have there own way of loving kids. My father never hugged me nor he said anything which express his emotions toward me but now I realised that all his life he worked for us to keep us comfortable and that's how he expressed his love and effections towards his family.
I wish I have my father with me so that I can thank him for what he has done for us. But I guess I realize it very late.
Just love every second of life you have at your disposal since we all have to leave it one day. Make it a happy journey, trust me we won't get second chance
