I actually expect a small rally to 370 soon. I think China will lead when they wake up.
I call it phase 1 of the Resurrection of the Bull. Phase 1 because it will get dumped on. But this time we won't return to 350. It will stop at 360.
Within 48 hours after phase 1 we will enter phase 2. A rally to 380-389 followed by a failure dump that won't pass 380 anymore.

Within 48 hours from there we will enter phase 3: The Bulls Eye aka the White Hole. 10 months of sucking up negative energy will big bang out of the singularity at 350 as positive energy. 420 and up. The few in denial bears that are left will collide with positive energy and dissapear in fireworks which the holders will enjoy with a nice glass of champagne.

My take on it:

Right now there is simply too much fucking support on Bitfinex, BUT as I said yesterday I witnessed that same support being pulled when we were starting to go down (but price respected the pennant formation we were in and still are), so that's no guarantee.

Best thing to do is wait when we exit the pennant and react to what happens (while waiting for volume to confirm the breakout / breakdown).


IF we bounce up, I don't expect it to be a strong rally, it will probably stop at $365-$370, and then down again for the next consolidation or dump to the ground.


If China leads the bear charge and Bitfinex support at around $340 starts to get pulled, that's the signal that bloody waterfalls of doom are coming.

We're in a full bear attack. We know this not just because of the dump on Huobi and BFX, but also that the LTC markets are starting to barf.
