meh, i vote for changing activity system to include post amount - with that also harsher rules of deleting spam

meh, i vote for changing activity system to include post amount - with that also harsher rules of deleting spam 

The whole point of the activity system is so you can't spam your way through the ranks and actually have to bide your time whilst at least stopping by regulary, hence it being called activity and it's a good addition to post count. And the rules on spam/rubbish posts are also in place, and I'm sure many users already think that they're 'harsh' (even though they're not and are for the good of the community).

The rules do include your post amount. Your activity is capped at your total post count, but you also get 14 activity every two weeks that you post at least one post.

If you post random spam then your post will get deleted, and if you do this enough then your account will get banned.

It means that a newcomer needs no less then
6 weeks (=2*3) to be a Jr Member
10 weeks (=2*5) to be a Member
18 weeks (=2*9) to be a Full Member
...
