I'm holding my icn. I have faith in the ability of the team and the potential of the product... that we all know will come to market way before any competitors can produce anything tangible.

BUT I feel people pains about lack of updates or promotion from the team. During the ICO omg the iconomi team were on here every few minutes promoting the ICO. Pushing people to invest. Your whiling to work that hard to get people's money but when it comes to pretty small requests of the people who gave you the money we hear pretty much nothing.

I understand the team has to prioritise the development side of things but they have time to fly around the world giving talking on running ICOs?! How the hell is that a priority I don't understand?  But we'll done as you obviously have great skills at promoting and running ICOs. Just don't get the iconomi team involved in giving advise on how to keep ICO investors happy and contempt.

Please people don't promote ICN at all, the last thing we want is to create a pump. The lower the price is, the better it is for us, so we can buy more.

  If we know the price is going to be up, it is stupid to inform everybody around about it rather than quietly buy for ourselves.

 

I hope i have the $$ to purchase when the price goes lower but sadly i don't have XD

What is the relationship between ICNX and the ICN traded on Bittrex? is it the same thing? if not, what does ICN give you ? does it have any relationship to the portfolio mentioned in the link below?

ICNx = Iconomi index fund. An index representing growth in reputable Crypto currencies
ICNp = Iconomi performance fund. An actively managed fund focusing on performance.

Most of the people know that the price would easily double with time. But nobody knows when. 1 week later or 1 month later.
Some of the people might be just dumping to get more ICN at a lower price.

I have filled my bags to maximum capacity. I wont buy more. So , I would like the ICONOMI to be known everywhere and create a FOMO to increase the price.
Still, I wouldnt sell ICN even if it goes $0.5 - $1. Higher price of ICN just makes me feel good.

I don't believe it ever will, but even if why would you sell at all ? If ICN was so high, it would be for a reason, for example because would pay good dividends from fees.


Let's make calculations for ICN to reach 10$, what investment volume would it need.

(X*0.01)/100M ICN = 10$;
X = (10*100M)/0.01 = 100 KKK$

If investors are expecting 100% ROI after 3 years that would require 33.(3)KKK annual investment volume.

So investment volume would have to reach ~1.4x what all cryptos all worth right now.

So yeah we will not see this happening any time soon.

There is one fatal miscalculation on your part. You assume markets behave rationaly.

thank you for supporting the idea, as i've been reading this thread from the page 1 i couldn't help but notice that we have too many traders looking at ICN as a trade, waiting for that pump to sell, i guess they're playing the game and i can't blame them for that, but i can blame them for lying to themselves or creating false expectations and then complaining about them, i get the sense that ppl are waiting for a full icnx launch when in fact we may get a limited launch, that being people who invested in ICO will be invited based on the size of the amount they invested, after they are in, then everybody else will follow.

I'm a investor, nothing can move my bag until my target is reached and that's super long term but i guess if this happens weak hands will be shaken, we may even see another fud campaign. All i'm asking you ppl is to do your research and understand the fundamental difference between a investment and a trade, to my point of view traders are going to have this year but 2018 will belong to the investors and that's the side you want to be, when the OFM platform will come, it's gonna be a game changer, at that point everybody will do their homework on Iconomi and money will come flowing from all directions.
