Hi guys. Just wanted to know whether drinking is good or bad for our health...first of all i drink every weekend because i feel refreshed after a heavy week of work..  After i drink i take a lot of food and have a nice sleep....I do not have any kind of headache or anything after drinking but will it affect me in the future.... My dad almost drinks everyday right from his childhood may b at the age of 18 but my dad is healthy and strong even after drinking so many years... Thanks to god for that....... Any way,  When it comes to your health, is it better to drink or not to drink?
Nowadays, drinking alcohol is not good to our health. It will cause or lead us into illness and it trigger our liver and kidney once we abuse it.
All too much are not good anyway. There is always bad result in the end,  Undecided

Drinking alcohol is not good for everyone's health.Some said that they drink alcohol to forgot their problems in a munite.,but once you started drinking alcohol whenever you feel bad,it will become your habit that will cause you a big problem on your health.So instead of drinking alcohol change your habit to any activities that would feel you happy and comfortable.Lastly you can save money.

Drinking of alcohol has a positive and negative result in our body so we should think wisely in drinking it. The biggest effect of drinking is that it causes too much headache.Must constantly spew.You can not lift your head.The constant smell of alcohol comes to the nose.You can do the things you regret.Drink less beer.it will not be a problem at all:)

For me drinking alcohol is very dangerous to our health and sometimes it causes accident when driving bec0oz some people is reckless hen drunk and alcohol damages our liver but maybe you can drink alcohol also but not too often

I think you are wrong about that part. Alcohol doesn't help you to sleep. Alcohol makes you unconscious, and it does not have any effect on the sleep. However, if you consume alcohol regularly, then you will suffer from sleep homeostasis, and gradually it will develop in to acute insomnia. Then you will not be able to sleep without the help of alcohol.

hello sedrick, if you compare with your dad its totally wrong because every persons inner body acts differently. some people have strong digestive system some have weak.. same as some have strong immunity power so have less. It depends the organ which one is stronger or which one is weaker.
It depends upon your body.

If you have more physical strength alcohol will not affect you much more but excessive alcohol can get you in problems bro.
You can drink once or twice a month.
