this wallets have 400 million balance together more than total supply. so it's because of hacked coin? blockchain accepts those hacked coin but can't count them in total supply?

Yes and yes.
We can't freeze those funds as they mostly belong to honest exchange users and, without the exchange support, we can't tell how many coins are still in the hacker hands.
So we don't even know how many supply we have. With this circumstances how can we expect exchange add XCN . That's explains why even yobit didn't add XCN. Probably a coin swap (rebranding) will help us to solve many of our problems (many of hacked coin will be removed and we can find out how many supply we have. We can make a good site facebook twitter and etc) what you guys think?
I think we need another start. our situation getting worse and worse polo delist us btc38 delist us bter and ax too. CSC coin did this and they make their marketcap 100 times more.
(hello everyone, has not been here for a long time).
Swap - it seems to me a good idea, without rebranding (this is an excessively radical method)
To cut off the coins that the hacker got.
Of course, if there is a way to filter out hacker coins.
I think it is very important first to solve the coin problems, and then add new exchanges.

I also have this question.
I have a version of the wallet 1.4.0, it works well, must I install a new version?

I think about the hacked coins. that once controlled and as long as their number does not grow (I do not know if they are counted), it should be enough. At least for me.
about the version of the wallet 1.4.0 works well. but 1.5.2 has security and sync improvements

Hacker coins has all circulated, circulated in bter, and then transferred to btc38.
Btc38 has a maximum of 450 million XCN
Hacker coins It's about 120 million

BTC38= AEX

Please make new xcn, find AEX and other exchanges
old xcn, renew the new xcn.
New xcn convertibility to oldxcn
It can solve all problems and even re trade in AEX.

How do you know aex have 450 million? Blockchain show me lower than that.
And as I remember Pallas said hacked coins are more then 250 million not 120
And I agree with farsky hack coins problem must be solved before going to a new exchange. With this problem we can't expect to exchanges add xcn even if we pay them listing fee.

The highest wallet before BTC38 closing is 450 million
Hacker coins circulated in bter long ago. After btc38 opened wallet, almost all xcn went to btc38.
They have been traded in the market N times and they cannot be identified.

Somehow network should recognize these coins and black list them?

Don't tell me it will be like with Zcoin, that they shruged problem, with "no problem it was absorbed by market".
It would be a dck move to say least.

I already said it in a recent post: since the hacked coins have been mixed in the exchange with normal ones, and spread through multiple wallets, there is no way to tell which one are hacked. Also we don't have coins but balances, so it's even more difficult, if not impossible.
The right way to do it was btc38 taking action when the funds were still there, and they could identify them by using their exchange database. I asked them to do it and offered to help, but as far as I know, they did nothing.

Maybe we should consider burning away all the coins that are still in aex?
Can be done tehnicaly?
I know they are also legit coins and users there, but they got new coins at aex swap two months ago.
And aex constantly ignored our tickets and pallas messages.

Not sure it's possible as I believe they were moved, but we can investigate it.
For sure a coin swap would burn part of those funds but its real effectiveness can't be easily estimated.

I explained the mini-blockchain to BTC38 again:
"Hello, thank you very much for your information, we will try."
At least they are trying to make it work fully, and not enabling the wallet without having all the transactions accredited

Many developers create new coins only to seek their private interests, and hope that Cryptonite is not.

For those who think that they know ...

You don't.

- You don't know where the funds are.
- You don't know who had them.
- You don't know who has them.
- You don't know where they have been moved.
- You don't know what has been done with them.
- You most CERTAINLY don't know what to do with them without ALL of those things above substantiated. Which is impossible.

Burn or no burn. Location of no location of funds. Move or no move of funds. This is a moot exercise. Wastage of valuable time of the dev, and of those involved with the tracking of the funds is beyond me. Why would you even bother when all you will do is undertake the proverbial dog chasing his own tail.

The stolen (NOT hacked) coins are mixed in with the rest of the legitimately accrued funds in the XCN ecosystem. Let it be. It is done. Like having stolen cash circulating in our own pockets, you can be sure the money you have in your own pocket has already passed many hands, with a high percentage that YOUR legitimately owned cash notes and coins has been through the pockets of thieves also. So be it. Let it go.

The whole concept of the CryptoIndustry is to monetize AND 'anonymize' the hands, let alone a coin like XCN that focuses on anonymity.

Seriously people - let it be and move on. Devs have MUCH more important things to do than chase ghosts like this. For those that don't want to participate in the project and network, don't! Simple.

i think we should ask aex to corporate with us about those coins. I think aex freeze many of that extra coins before hacker sells them and if aex don't corporate with us we cant do anything about it and we should accept many of those coins probably sold out to people and we cant freeze their coins. but When I offered a swap i didnot just for freezing extra coins.i said after coin swap We can make a good site facebook twitter and etc and more importantly we can find out how many supplies do we have. that hack happened few mounts ago and still we dont know how many coins entered to circle someone saying 120m someone 250 300 400 ... and still i dont know the amount of total supply and its not trustable for buyers holders and exchanges.
