Hi All,

My SPR wallet windows couldn't open after loading wallet.. loading address message.
Only taskbar activate. How to solve it? Cry

Tried to delete all AppData and run a wallet again. It won't work.

wallet is corrupted i think, you have a backup to restore from a previous point?

Result is the same. Check on task manager wallet still using CPU and MEM.

I am really interested in buying some spreadcoin approx 2000 I'm looking at buying, how do I go about doing so? and is it a case of just downloading a wallet same as LTC eth etc?

Will it automatically convert to Helium (do i need to do anything with my spreadcoin wallet etc) , if i do today ? my understanding is this is correct if i do it ASAP before the snapshot is taken?

Yes. You can buy SpreadCoin in Exchanges. At the moment, it is listed on Bittrex, Cryptopia and YoBIT. I would suggest Bittrex, the liquidity is bigger.

Yes. You can download the wallet from the SpreadCoin website and sync it. http://www.spreadcoin.info/downloads.php You should do it as soon as possible, as the sync process can take days.

Will it automatically convert to Helium , if i do today ?
No. After the snapshot, equal amount of HLM will be created. You will be eligible to the same amount of HLM as SPR you had in your wallet during the snapshot.  If you keep your SPR in your wallet, you would need to claim your HLM right after the start. (info will be given here and in slack, but there is a video already in youtube). If an exchange will participate, you can keep your SPR on the exchange as well, they will do the claiming and distribution for you. (Recommended to keep them in your wallet and not on the exchange)

You still have time, the snapshot won't take place within the next 10 days, but don't leave it to the last minute. The SPR price could pump, and it takes time (sometimes days depending on your account type) to withdraw your SPR coins from the exchange.

just go to bittrex they have the best volume or crypotpia dn buy 2k spreadcoin remember to do a backup, and no wallet will not convert to HLM we need to wait for the swap that will be done on exchange

If you look back at the posts you will see a snapshot date by block # was announced.  Then a few days later it said "10 more days".  That works out to approximately October 10th.

Not necessary. The SPR was listed in Cryptopia a few days ago... It might be a coincident and GeorgeM suddenly started to push SPR forward, or Cryptopia was desperate to list SPR, we don't know... But it might have something to do with the SPR-HLM swap.

so they didn't change the algo in the end they will go with x11 for asic domination? i was hoping to mine it with my gpu
