I haven't heard anything like this... And I would think it is very unlikely.

I've not heard that.

SPRead is like that.  I'm not sure how it makes it "fair".  I have a GPU that can mine SPR, however it'll take weeks on average for me to find a block.  I can't compete with the large GPU farms out there.  

If there was a pool I could use, I'd be using it.

If you look back at the posts you will see a snapshot date by block # was announced.  Then a few days later it said "10 more days".  That works out to approximately October 10th.

Again, if you look back, you'll see the dev recommends keeping it in your wallet.

It is in user directory, where your wallet.dat file is located. Something like c:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Roaming\SpreadCoin\
Conf file is optional, so it may not exist - then you can create it.

Hello everybody.
I withdraw from BITTREX my few SPR coins (15) to my wallet that I downloaded yesteday from the spreadcoin.info website...

My wallet continues to say: OFF SYNC...why? I tried to create the spreadcoin.conf but it doesnt' work.
I have iOS sierra (macbook).

Is there something I should configure?
