Cryptopia totally screwed me.  I tried to withdraw SPR and the withdrawals show as "complete" in Cryptopia but there is absolutely no record of them in the blockchain explorer for SPR. Lying bastards.  What to do?

Same thing here i dont know if their support will be of good use though

Hang on so I held onto SPR in my SPR wallet in order to gain Helium. There doesn't seem to be any sign of the Helium anywhere in the wallet?
Please don't tell me it NEEDED to be on Cryptopia to retrieve the Helium?

Once the HLM wallet is out, you need to sign a message from the SPR wallet to the developers to proof you held the coins at a certain address. And then you'll receive HLM.

Keep calm and spread on.

The most SPR coins are actually on Bittrex and it has bigger buyers than Topia, i guess only few coins at Topia got Heliums

So Bittrex didn't handle the swap??  I had all my coins on bittrex.  Bittrex was the exchange that dev said he was talking to about the swap, now it changed to cryptopia?  WTH  So I don't get Helium now?

Yes i have one transfer that is complete and txid 775935ac94a7728f4a289e05cc2ad1faf21bd07ff5c211f5521ed509270c5930 but not showing on spread block explorer and i wonted to transfer some more coins but now it doesnt even allow to send spr but atleast we know they are working on it or buying cheap and selling at premium at bittrex .....
