That's not what it means.
It means any business that wants to sell its invoices needs to secure it with company debenture, director's guarantee, and/or insurance.
If anything screws up, the debenture/guarantee/insurance will take effect.
You are not buying any insurance.

This shows that why is this a failed project. These scammer kids have no knowledge about Bitcointalk. Jahi Grant is part of the team, as you can see his reaction from that post he talks like a little kid and try to shill his scam project. No wonder why this coin failed. There's nothing more than newbies shilling here. No professionalism at all, just a big circle jerk.

Jahigrant has much room to improve his level of professionalism.
But that does not mean the project is scammy.

If the team can conduct themselves professionally, then the future will be easier for the project.
Conducting themselves professionally means they will be able to approach more business segments and people.

I believe there are good reasons why they stopped the Slack discussion. Maybe too much hype, accusation, slander, FUD going around that force them to restrict the discussion only to trusted members. I would do the same if I were in similar position.
Getting listed in reputable exchanges will not make much difference. Jahigrant was right to say having a commercial product ready for use will help in realizing the project's values. Godspeed to the team.
I do not believe the team is scammy. I just believe they need to do more to prove themselves worthy.
If they are doing their best, then they surely deserve some moral support.
The project itself, in concept, is still very promising.

Every business can have do with Invoice Factoring as a borrower. You should first understand what invoice factoring is before posting  
An yes its the first customer lined up for use Populous Platform, more will follow because the fiat credit system will dry out fast, only the crypto world offer enough liquidity to keep business running.
Nico connected the world of crypto with invoice-factoring , this is what it makes a pioneer in its new created market as a first-mover.
Shortly we will see on this platform more borrowers we can handle, because Nico need to build up in parallel the liquidity pools.

Also post not shit about Clif, he would be quiet about POP, if you would understand what you talking about you would know that Clif was busy to create the latest Alta-Report which came out this night.

You can be sure of the project's success because it is already very profitable for its investors see the price how many times these are. I am glad to have some PPT tokens in my possession that team is working in real world with real giant companies. It is  understandable why some people are keep complaining because they want cheaper tokens. Those invested in pre-sale then too price are at x10 high. Market is looking very good and sustaining successfully the floor. It is not possible to keep the market this high artificially for such long time. Populous is real deal juts ignore baseless negativity and wait for good times ahead.

Yep, frankly I don't know who these guys are complaining to and no idea how they want to convince preico buyers their x11 returns are a big  scam  I find it funny, over and over again it just makes me smile, if they'd put half the effort they put in trying to convince people they have been scammed after x11 returns, in making their own holdings more successful instead, we wouldn't be hearing a single breath from them... I got the feeling their personal success depends on bringing down other projects competing with theirs. Anyway, idiots should not be taken advantage of, and should be treated with respect also. If you feel blessed with good fortune don't forget the pain of those less fortunate... Give these guys some love from time to time

They are people that will say any ICO they are invested in as 100% perfectly great.
These people are so selfish and greedy that they have lose their objectivity and fair judgment, unwilling to accept any criticism, and call others as FUDsters.
These people expect 100% of everyone else to only talk good about the ICO so the price may continue up up and to the moon so that every time they look at the balance sheet they see big returns.
These people are the really dangerous ones.

I say, these people should not participate in any ICO. Instead they should sell their house and car, and just use the money to buy lottery.

Constructive criticism and input I don't have any beef with. Actually, I think brainstorming in a civilized and adult fashion can only improve business in general. The only beef I have is with out and out baseless accusations that might not stand at all in a court of law. I think we need to let go of all extremes and behave like proper business people who believe seriously in the projects they invest in and if we are to succumb to any losses, accept this as part of our risk/reward ratio of events.

A good list I will check out Black Moon as I haven't heard of it, I watched OMG go from 1 to 8 dollars and needed to jump on, I hope I'm early in the long run!
