However I think that it will be no more than rumours still. Because Manchester City clearly stated that they had no intention of selling him in the near future. If Barcelona is also buying Bernardo Silver and paying 40 M pounds for him (48 Million €), then i completely lose the faith in the financial fairplay and of course also in the mental healthiness of the people that are in charge of the financials of FC Barcelona. I think Issa Diop recent signing into the Fulham team would boost and bolster their squad ahead of the season. Diop played wonderfully during his time with West Ham and would probably be missed. While being the recent signing and addition to the team, his signing as well as other recent signing would definitely bolster the Fulham squad and secure its chances of playing better this season.
Hopefully, we would get to see him play in his first ever debut match with Fulham against Wolves on Saturday. The game would be interesting as Wolves is no walkover.

Honestly Sandro Tonali will be a good addition to the Arsenal team. Arsenal will do well if they can sign him. He’s the best among all of them in Milan’s midfield. But I just can’t see this move happening anytime soon. Tonali strikes me like someone who would play out his full career in Italy, as most Italians do. Also he practically reduced his salary to join and remain in Milan. Milan is his boyhood club and he’s in love with the club.
