Instead of this being resolved with something like this I still feel it will provide another bit of drama for Barcelona now.
They make it seem like players can be done with anything and can be recognized and kicked as easily which makes me feel whether they are serious or not now.

What surprised me the most was the attitude of Barcelona fans towards this incident which was from Barcelona leadership. They should have spoken out against the way the De Jong case was handled to protect the Barcelona image. But they silently supported the Barcelona leadership and even hassled De Jong, telling him to lower his salary. Is this how Barcelona going to apply pressure on their players from now on? Right now Manchester United does not have anything to show in order to attract new players. They don’t have a positive record in the last two seasons, and they also don’t have the capability of playing in the Champions League this season. And to add insult to injury, they have lost the first match of the Premier League against Brighton. This is a team that they should have been able to beat quite easily. Right now they will only be able to bring in players who are extremely passionate about playing for Manchester United. And I don’t see any players expressing that attitude right now. Cristiano Ronaldo did that and he is suffering because of that.

If Liverpool don't take a creative measures, they might end up desperately wanting a Midfielder but with Jurgen Klopp pattern of play, it will affect them because his strategy and goals comes from Midfielders who give creative passes and Thiago Alcantara happens to be on that list. Harvey Elliot signing long term with Liverpool is a good start of him, and Klopp's would be using him as substitution in the second half. Injuries might be the only problem of Liverpool this season, that what happens when you don't makes backup signings.

However, if Milan let Sandro Tonali move, they might not find a player as good as him in that position. So even though the money is really lucrative, is it enough to be worth risking? 

They are also defending the Italian League title this season. This means that they must build a team that is capable of being reliable. They will not be able to rely on much reliability if they are making this change in my opinion. I think they will be able to find a competent player who can replace him for this amount of money but will he be as effective as Tonali?

It is really a lot of money for Arsenal after finishing up many transfers. They have spent so much money so far. I doubt that they are in special need of a midfielder like him also. You have a point there too by saying that Milan will aim to retain their title and they need a player like Tonali in the midfield. However Milan might still sell him as long as Arsenal reach their asking price. They must have a backup plan in case they sell him for a quite much money.
