Mbappe would refuse to speak/negotiate with Chelsea, like he did to the Saudi Arabian club Al Hilal that wanted to sign him, even though PSG had already agreed the fee that Al Hilal brought to the table. I mean, Chelsea are not even in the CL, and it does not seem that Mbappe would want to play for Chelsea, even if it is a loan deal. Mbappe is making things very hard for PSG, even if they agree on a fee with another club, there is no guarantee that Mbappe will agree to negotiate with the club.

I think Mbappe is ready to stay in PSG for this season notwithstanding whatever is to come and the treatment he will get, he has decided to move to Real Madrid, thus it is either they come and buy him this summer or he stays in PSG and joins them next summer for free.

Robert sanchez has finally agreed to join with chelsea. He saw this as an opportunity that will not come for twices. Pochettino was interesting to sign him to be a backup once kepa may face injury. Mendy already gone, and it's the time for chelsea to sign a new goal keeper for the upcoming season.

Chelsea should have been finding replacement for Kepa and not Mendy, Kepa is going to disappoint us this season as players all know his weak point (shot the ball from outside the penalty box and you have a goal). Kepa is a good keeper but his height is going to cause him to concede lost of goals especially when we play against mid table teams that'll be shooting from outside the penalty box. But nevertheless, I'm happy with the signing as Chelsea needed a keeper as we can't put all our hopes on Kepa, I would had been more happier if we did land Onana but Manchester united got to him.

What's Chelsea business with Brighton that we have just been buying players from the club and now we also gone to take their goal keeper. I hope he and others we might sign from the club won't follow the footsteps of others we signed form the club and haven't lived up to expectations including their head coach that we signed last season Graham Potter. I just hope we can get a keeper that'll be able to compete with Kepa for the No1 shirt. I don’t know about Chelsea finally signing Mbappe. I’m wondering why they would join the bid to lure Mbappe into their squad and into the EPL. I do not think they’ve got available funds to bring him in. I doubt even the offer rumored to be a combined offer of a player plus money would be enough to bring the player in. PSG may be willing to let him go for a decent offer and I don’t think Chelsea at this point, could make such an offer.
You mentioned it yourself, PSG probably won’t be willing to go much lower than the bid received from the Saudi league and I don’t see Chelsea matching that offer anytime soon.

Ramsdale needs a kick up his backside and I said it last season and the way he has started preseason shows it. He’s too relaxed and I don’t blame him. I think Raya should come so he can have enough time for his plenty podcasts. His performances left a lot to be desired last season and they can only hope that He improves this season. Some upgrades aren't needs but wants, I hope that's what will be the case for them next season. Buying to explore areas that can be bettered not just because it's desperately needed.

Seeing his current condition I think the goalkeeper position for Arsenal honestly I don't feel this is urgent especially last season also Ramsdale did quite well but looking from the other side this possibility is the impact of where Arsenal especially specifically Ramsdale he conceded 46 goals from 41 appearances in all competitions last season.
But I don't think it's a bad thing if you look at their current financial condition they are better off focusing on replenishing in other more urgent sectors.

We see again and again in every transfer that the passion for football succumbs to money. The money they give is too much for many clubs and too good to say no. But as a football fan, I don't find it right to pay that much. Football is slowly shifting eastward from Europe and there's not much to stop it. In time, if football fans stop watching football because of these transfers, Europe will suffer a great loss. They lose one of the largest entertainment and revenue sectors.

Football is a passion, but this passion can now be bought with money.

It looks like this will be a meeting that results in an agreement, because as you said the time is getting closer for the leagues to return to work and both players and clubs need certainty to start preparing for the main match. If a swap is reached Chelsea will benefit more in my opinion because Dusan Vlahovic is younger and if he can adapt well in the English Premier League with Chelsea then he can make a big contribution to the club, and Chelsea feel they are not having enough strikers at the moment.
Chelsea are still quite active in the transfer market as they are also reportedly interested in signing Brighton goalkeeper Robert Sánchez and the goalkeeper is reportedly ready to play at Chelsea.
