Finally, Everton has woken up. The signing of Dwight McNeil is a good one despite his poor goal record with Burnley last season, I think he will contribute to the growth of Everton since he is not an injured player and he is still very young. I really don’t understand how players are preferring to move to Barcelona instead of Chelsea right now. The situation in Barcelona is not very favorable and everyone knows that. But Barcelona is buying players and also offering them really lucrative contracts which they probably will not be able to dodge. I just don’t know where Barcelona is getting the money from. I've read if AC Milan and AC Monza wants to sign him before. But, after several days there was no further news about this rumor, until finally there was a news that informed if Nacional wanted to bring him back. I didn't find any news that said representatives from AC Milan and Monza had a meeting with Suarez. I don't understand whether this rumor is from a club representative/source or a "game" from the media to gain more user because Suarez doesn't have a club at that time.

In defensive midfielder we got Xhaka and Partey so I don't think there is much need there. Both have proved to be solid in last season. As for central *attacking* midfielder we kinda have Odegaard so there is no need, and in wing we have Saka on the right hand side and Martinelli on the left. As for backup/or rotational players in these positions we might need in defensive midfielder position which is why Arsenal targeted Tielemans. In wing and attacking midfielders we have plenty of players playing in those positions so I don't think there is any such dire need.

Luis Suarez is already 35 years and had a successful career which span 16 years of professional football in Europe as he is gradually coming to his retirement it's better he ply his career with his first home country club though whose league less tougher than Laliga, however his coming back home is to contribute to his club, I don't think the sign-on fee will be that much after being a free agent this summer and playing in a less popular Uruguayan league is more important to him to win the heart of their fans is more important than playing in a more competitive league.

After having check on their last season performance and departure of their top player Richarlison to Tottenham most chances they are going to be in danger again because now they have no enough firepower which can give them good fight for staying into Premier League with challenge is tough even few new teams are doing good work in transfer window for having good result in next season, but they already lost quality player and now have Dwight McNeil who was not good in his last club Burnley so most chances they have nothing serious for next season.

If Ronaldo didn't feature in next season champions league, it means that he might still be playing and Messi break his champions league record. This is not something Ronaldo wants. I think he wants to retire in football and stay for decades before anyone will break the record of champions league highest goal scorer. Everton have done so well remaining in the premier league for quite some seasons now though they were lucky to have escaped being relegated last season. They have to do much better this season to avoid being in same position they were towards the end of the season last time, the signing of Dwight McNeil should add more power to their attack and score more goals.

Dortmund is a team that is synonymous with star selling clubs, from the past until now many star players which has been created by dortmund and in the end when a suitable price offer came, so Dortmund would not think twice about release these players, if we look at the ex names of the  players most of the ones that have been sold by dortmund are indeed great players and that is why it is difficult for dortmund to stop the dominance of Munich at this time because indeed they think more about business than trophies, I agree with you if a team like dortmund would certainly not spend money to buy old players like suarez because instead it will be bad business later because maybe Suarez will only burden the club finances.
