As far as i know, that kim's release clause has not yet activated by napoli. It seems like that bayern will get him from napoli. So many times he has been rumored to join in manchester united but this is a big U turn for him.

Even though some teams spend a lot more than others, the top teams are all spending more than everyone else combined, this causes players to have inflated values, players worth 30-40 million started to go for 80-100 million instead.

This is why it looks bad for teams to do badly when they end up spending that much, but in fact they are not getting players worth as much as they are spending, that's why the bad results happen. Crazy how Arsenal really want to sign Declan Rice, I think it's too much if they need to spend more than 100 Million Euros because according to Arsenal big transfers [1] those players aren't show good performance like when they were in their previous clubs.

Of course that's true, in fact I'm sure every player they try to bring in is a player who looks like he's only going to play for 2-3 seasons because he's quite old. Some of them have been outplayed in Europe by younger and quicker players, but such experienced players can also help teams in the Saudi Pro League develop.

There is a big financial risk involved while going all in with all the money that a club has in the transfer market. Because if it does not work the money that they had spent is basically worthless.
