If a player like harry kane changes team from regular player to irregular player then he doesn't need that club change. I just read some news that the transfer task force of Bayern Munich had a meeting yesterday. In those task force there are people like uli Hoeneß, Karl Heinz Rummenigge and also the coach Thomas tuchel. Yesterday they have decided that Harry Kane is their primary to fill the gap of Lewandowski. The report also said, that Harry Kane will only go to Bayern if he decides to leave the premier League, which is not certain yet. Also Bayern is aiming for a transfer fee below 100 M €.

Kane's situation is quite interesting
He can chose any team to play for (except Man. City because of Haaland) and he seems to be comfortable at Tottenham despite not winning any titles
There's still that chance of him staying with the team for a few more years, even with the unlikely titles, the English league has never been tougher and with so many title contenders.

In my opinion, Real Madrid would be the ideal team for him, being totally possible to play with Vini Jr and form a great attacking duo and if we think about a contract of 4 or 5 years, I am sure he can win at least 1 national title and give a real chance of a Champions League title (being even pessimistic).

At Bayern he will certainly be national champion and also have chances of Champions, but less hyped.
PSG can try to put together a very good team with the money that will come in, but it would only be a promise, I don't know if it would be worth the change from Tottenham to PSG.

Harry Kane has had private discussions and the results are positive as stated in the news on Twitter, Harry Kane's desire to leave is there but it's still difficult at the price tag that Tottenham are at, now only Bayern Munich can finish but I think this is going to be a tough negotiation.

I am more concerned with Harry Kane's , He has been too timid and its time he forces a transfer out of Spurs. We all know that he isnt going to win a single thing if he chooses to stay there.

Bayern Munich is exactly the kind of club Harry Kane fits in. He will score so many goals at Bayern. Not because the Bundesliga is weak, but because Kane is that good. Bayern Munich creates a lot of chances for their attackers and I trust Kane to finish those chances easily. Interesting to see Kane news today and it seems Bayern are indeed going after him. Like you said, Bayern and Kane happens to have now reached an agreement with his family members leading the negotiations as reported by Christian Falk today ^[1]. Now in order to start things, it seems they now need to come in agreement over the the fee for which this move is gonna happen. Bayern put 70m Euro on the table and was rejected by Spurs immediately as expected ^[2]. Spurs expect 100m Euro at least for Kane (again as expected).

To me it's bit surprising to see Kane actually accepting to an offer outside England but I guess when it comes to a top player it's obvious that he is gonna choose a top club and Bayern is first to make a move right now. I would say even if they are able to make it like 100m Euro meet with most of it fixed and some add-ons then I think Kane to Bayern can happen. Remember it's still in early stages so lot of negotiations and discussions will go on. For every party involved I think it's a good opportunity here.

There are reports that Bayern Munich have submitted an official offer of €70m+add ons  to Tottenham for Harry Kane as he is entering the final year of his Tottenham contract. Honestly I think Spurs shouldn't be selling Kane for more than €80M. They've extracted all the performances in the world from him, He's old, running out of contract & a youth product. I think its a win win for them, they'll have to replace Son & Kane later if they let things progress till next season.

As I read from The Athletic, Bayern Munich have made a written "formal" bid for Kane's contract, their bid being £70m plus odds-on for an unspecified sum. the base fee would equate to around £60 million, which seems low for a player of Kane's pedigree, but takes into account his age (he will turn 30 at the start of the new season) and contract status.
Well, Bayern have made the first concrete move for England's all-time leading goalscorer. their interest was boosted by former Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel. I also read another report from Fabrizio Romano which said Bayern had made a formal bid for Harry Kane. fixed fee close to €70 million plus add-ons, not enough to convince Tottenham. formal proposal was rejected. Previously, I was sure that Spurs would not let their striker go for anything close to £100 million.
Despite the rumours, Kane is willing to leave in this summer's transfer window. To be honest, I don't know what Levy was thinking, and should be, Spurs let Kane go because Kane's contract will expire next season. so roughly, whether Bayern will make a follow-up bid.
