Despite the rumours, Kane is willing to leave in this summer's transfer window. To be honest, I don't know what Levy was thinking, and should be, Spurs let Kane go because Kane's contract will expire next season. so roughly, whether Bayern will make a follow-up bid.

This time he is bent on not losing him for less than 100 million.  Although Bayern need a striker but his age is a serious barrier and with this rejected bid i think we would see a tug of bid between them and Manchester United soon. If you ask me Kane is the perfect player for both teams but that amount is way too high, the last player that was sold that amount at that age (~30) was Ronaldo to Juve from Real Madrid and we all know that Ronaldo has a better marketing brand than Kane.

if indeed Mbappe's transfer to Liverpool is successful and turns Madrid around then Liverpool will indirectly get a strong boost for their attack line and of course the hope for them is very big especially if in the end Mbappe goes to Liverpool then we will see a new rival created between Mbappe and Haaland of course

Achraf Hakimi has more chances to go to Real Madrid than Manchester City because after all he has played for Real Madrid, it's just that at that time he didn't get a place in the main squad because he couldn't compete with Dani Carvajal as the coach's choice. Manchester City are not seeking a right-back as the need for a player in that position is still there and I think he is more likely to go to Real Madrid, but so far nothing has been confirmed about his future.

If this transfer process continues PSG will have lost many of its best players and even more so if Kylian Mbappe also leaves. I don't feel that there's anything in the Kane to Bayern rumors. If he's to go anywhere, I feel it will be to United.

Considering what United needs, I'm really surprised that this didn't happen 3+ years ago. I respect Kane for staying, but he's really close to finishing his career without a single trophy.

Real Madrid extending their contracts is a very good one as they will both be important mentor figures  for Real's exciting young midfielders such as new signing Jude Bellingham. Even with all of the midfield competition around them now, few are able to interpret the game or spaces as well as Kroos and Modric. There is a good chance that their roles will be reduced further this season, but Real Madrid still needs them and are still giving the ball to them when they need to solve their problems next season.

A year's time is not long, but it is beneficial to provide learning to new players. It looks like Kroos and Modric agreed to extend their contracts by one year. Modric will not go to Saudi Arabia yet, they will until June 2024 in Madrid. Maybe this condition will make Anceloti calm down a little. Interesting to see Kane news today and it seems Bayern are indeed going after him. Like you said, Bayern and Kane happens to have now reached an agreement with his family members leading the negotiations as reported by Christian Falk today ^[1]. Now in order to start things, it seems they now need to come in agreement over the the fee for which this move is gonna happen. Bayern put 70m Euro on the table and was rejected by Spurs immediately as expected ^[2]. Spurs expect 100m Euro at least for Kane (again as expected).

To me it's bit surprising to see Kane actually accepting to an offer outside England but I guess when it comes to a top player it's obvious that he is gonna choose a top club and Bayern is first to make a move right now. I would say even if they are able to make it like 100m Euro meet with most of it fixed and some add-ons then I think Kane to Bayern can happen. Remember it's still in early stages so lot of negotiations and discussions will go on. For every party involved I think it's a good opportunity here.

Mbappe will be expensive either way. If his contract expires that doesn't mean some club will get him for free. Letting contracts expire has become a standard as we have seen over the last years. The signing bonus went through the roof and Mbappe as a free agent would ask at least 100 million, if not much more than that. So whatever the clubs plan to get him, it will be expensive. If I understand correctly, Mbappe will take a cut in terms of his salary because he has to There is no way around it because of Financial Fair Play rules alone I guess. But he wants to be paid off by the Saudis now and then still cash in the signing bonus with the next club.

That's it. The fans are too easy to judge which player that is worthy to be bought or not while it's all still remain gambling. Even though if MU will able to buy caicedo and there's no guarantee if his performance will better compared if mount gonna be united's new player. By the way, did you hear that Liverpool submitted an offer for Mbappe? I am also of the opinion that Manchester United money could be better spent on options other than Mason Mount. The player comes from a bad season in 2022/23 in which the Blues were only in 12th place in the Premier League.

I also find it absurd that Chelsea have rejected three bids for Mount, demanding over £60m for a contract expiring in 2024 is quite 'challenging'.

But back to my opinion on the signing of mount, I reinforce my support for what Paul Scholes has already said.... Mount is indeed a good player, but not a "great" player that Manchester United need at the moment, he is not someone capable of deciding games or producing individual and brilliant moments that can change the scoreboard or at least destabilize the opponents' defense.
