1) If the chips arrive at the beginning of August, can we hope to receive PCBs before September? It's important to make the decision to buy the pcbs or get just the chips.
2) The queue will be the same as the first paying for the chips to the last, or PCBs ordering queue will matter?
3) Can you fix local pickup on the website? Seems like it's 0.7 for international shipping and 1.0 for local pickup (when you buy 10x K16).

1. Yes, the PCBs will make it in August, not september.
2. No, PCBs ordering queue will not matter.
3. Local delivery only to Romania, the cost is 0.08 BTC and it's a fixed, flat fee. Thanks for reporting that!
