i additionally observe a few statement or news about this bitcoin being a reason for criminal things like medications and terrorism,they are manhandling bitcoins anonimity highlight keeping in mind the end goal to do that illicit things uninhibitedly
There is nothing new if the criminals are using bitcoin for their illegal activities like terrorism because you said it right that it has a feature of anonymity and a lot of people now are taking advantage of that and that is we need to make sure that blockchain has a back up to trace the address of the sender for emergency purposes like this. long time ago before bitcoin exist the criminal acts also already exist too so i disagree if bitcoin will be the main cause why criminality increase in the particular countries indeed bitcoin had a feature who many people liked it anonymity but probably because bitcoin had that feature most people will blame it as money laundry tool or something else but in this world Pros and cons will always be there but i have no worry to became bitcoin users because i use it not for illegal acts

That is right, before bitcoin was ever created, fiats are being used for criminal activities, either paying people to kill people, laundering and other stuffs. Money is a way to make a forced path to greatness, when you have money, you have power. We can't do anything about them abusing bitcoin, it is even used in fiats and noone can stop it. |

Criminals will be everywhere whether Bitcoin is available or not. If bitcoin is the reason why criminal is ever growing then why was there lots of crimes even before Bitcoin was created. This is just dumb's reason to prevent Bitcoin to be in mainstream. Probably those who are spreading news like these are scared that they will be put out of business if bitcoin became globally adopted.

That is right, before bitcoin was ever created, fiats are being used for criminal activities, either paying people to kill people, laundering and other stuffs. The crime did exist before the bitcoin was made, actually the news only shows how their lack of morale, the number of criminal acts also shows the weakness of security in the country. |

It is like saying that because of fiat there raise a significant number of crimes happening around like theft, abduction, and etc. The point is that Bitcoin is a currency like an online money, a medium in transaction like fiat hence it can be used both in legal or illegal way, good or bad that depends on the hands of the person or people holding it. What needs to be done is catch these criminals since criminals are also modernizing then they need to level up rather than being a simpleton like let us just ban Bitcoin or take it away or even destroy it which is not an actual solution. |

I think it all depends on the person himself, if they intend to commit crime and criminality with anything can happen, if they use Bitcoin just to do good like trade, or can in return for money and shopping desired, maybe it does not happen crime and Criminality.

Crime and bitcoin are of course two different things from either activity or function, a crime is an activity that always aims to harm others while bitcoin systems are built as digital currencies that have same functionality as real currency, and if bitcoin is used for activity Criminal by some irresponsible people who seem to have intention to destroy reputation of bitcoin, I think that's not fault of bitcoin because many people use bitcoin for useful activities like trade, investment, mining and as a means of payment transactions

Bitcoin was developed to provide complete personal privacy when doing financial transaction but this feature have made it suitable for criminals to run away without getting caught. This day me and my friends were scammed and we can not do something about it since what we have is only the bitcoin address of a website. Bitcoin is good but since it has a value criminals sets their eye on it. |

But even in the light of personal privacy it does not guarantee anybody that they will enjoy an anonymous experience with bitcoin use and I honestly won't agree that cyber criminal activities increase is as a result of bitcoin use. However Bitcoin have lots of other advantages which can easily outlaw this disadvantage. the sooner the understand this the won't tag bitcoins as the perfect tool for cybercriminals |

But the issue is that there are still some good in bitcoin. The reason for this is why we see major exchange sites asking for KYCs in which we equally fight against. Let's just hope that the people soiling bitcoin name will not over shadow the good we see in it. |

Bitcoin has nothing to do with increase in criminality ratio.
Even if bitcoin exists or not,criminality would exist.
Some criminals may find bitcoin as an easy way to get payment.
But it does not mean that bitcoin promotes criminality.
Just like internet is used both for good and bad,bitcoin is also used for trading,for payment as well as for illegal activities.
