wow, the pool is closed already. something wrong happened?
actually we really do need an alternative to MPH in order to get stable network.. with closure suprnova now there is no alternative

We couldn't achieve any reasonable hashing power in few days...
I'd recommend datapaw pool for XZC (Zcoin) ming as an alternative to MPH. Probably this is only alternative ATM:
https://datapaw.net/site/mining

hello there, yes, I understand that you wanna be alternative, bit you TTF is about 30 hours!!
well mate, I'm sorry but hat is crazy long! what if the block we would find will be orphan?! then those 30hour would be wasted.
But I will somehow support your pool, will direct there 2 x gtx 1070ti  Roll Eyes
maybe we can make at lest 20-30% of the network..

This is not my pool Smiley

TTF kinda sucks because the pool found some blocks 14h an 2h ago.

TTF kinda sucks because the pool found some blocks 14h an 2h ago.

Why is that? Does the TTF calculations depend on how many blocks were found in the recent past?

The chance of finding a block does not change because you were lucky just before..

Anyone who mines XZC on SimpleMining OS or HIVE OS ?

I have big drops on pool side - 6x1080 - sometimes show 8 sometimes 15 khs, never more.

Works even better on win, but its terrible to manage it.

Hi I have 2 gtx1080ti
Mining Zcoin (the best coin I found for 1080ti)(around 2050mhz each at 1025mv at 38degree)
on MPH (the best I found for this coin)
I get 6400KH/S on ccminer
But when locking at the Afterburner graph I see random drop in GPU usage.

I read the other post for the best ccminer (djm)  I tried every one I could find and it seem the best but...
Do you all have this,

I use the ccminer_cuda9 from DJM (30 247kb)

is this the latest version ?

Yeah you need windows, 6x 1080 should get 15-16kh/s easily. I believe SMOS uses a version of ccminer that's not ideal for zcoin, with a lot of pool side stale shares, even though miner shows 100% accepted shares.

For NVidia XZC mining use the latest CUDA9, x86 ccminer from tpruvot (currently 2.2.3) https://github.com/tpruvot/ccminer/releases
Don't forget to add
Code:
--submit-stale
parameter to BAT file. It will increase your hashrate at MPH a little bit too.

Don't use djm34 miner. It shows higher hashrate on miner, but actually performs worse in MPH.
It keep submitting previous job after block was mined. MPH actually rejects it but don't report it to the miner, just increases "invalid shares" counter.

1080 is doing 2400 with available opensource miners. 2400*6=14400. Not 15 and not 16 of cause.

What changed?
Miner is the same from October 4th: https://github.com/djm34/ccminer-msvc2015/releases/
Do you know another djm34 miner without this bug?

Guys,
https://mintpond.com Pool just added amazing promotion of 40 XZC ( $4,600 USD value) for the first 3 blocks found!

Current hasrate is 1.5Gh. Let's help to decentralize Zcoin mining and got some free and tasty coins!

You can ask questions here: https://discord.gg/7zyJmdZ

P.S. This is not my pool.

The cost of  1080Ti Specific is about 1200EUR. So it is really the price in the middle of all offerings. I have known some my friends who are using this machine for mining. Their profits on the level 48USD per day.

MiningPoolHub Zcoin payout question.  Why do miners only get 28 of the 50 coins mined in the block?  Where do the other 22 Zcoin coins go?

Example:

1. Here is link to Zcoin block explorer showing that for Zcoin block number 67472 the reward was 50.121 Zcoin. https://chainz.cryptoid.info/xzc/extraction.dws?1.htm
2. Here is link to MiningPoolHub page for the same Zcoin block number 67472.  https://zcoin.miningpoolhub.com/index.php?page=statistics&action=blocks
3. Those links show that the "amount" of Zcoin to be divided among the "shares" (the miners) for that block is just 28.060 Zcoin.  Where does the other 22.061 Zcoin mined in that block (67472) if not to the miners in the MPH pool that mined the block??

Block rewards went down from 40 to 28 recently. I think the reward shown on that first page is incorrect..

Nicehash may have come back and crushed profits, but luckily theres a few algos/pools they dont support hehe
