MiningPoolHub Zcoin payout question.  Why do miners only get 28 of the 50 coins mined in the block?  Where do the other 22 Zcoin coins go?

Block rewards went down from 40 to 28 recently. I think the reward shown on that first page is incorrect..

yupp, thats it Smiley

Anyone get in on this juicy 10-15$USD a day per 1080ti?   two coins right now paying it, but i wont say which  Wink
Nicehash may have come back and crushed profits, but luckily theres a few algos/pools they dont support hehe
Happy Mining guys!

with 28XZC reward and current difficulty it's about $5/day/1080ti

I don't think he is talking about XZC but other algos out there... which I sure wish I could locate Sad

Guys,
https://mintpond.com Pool just added amazing promotion of 40 XZC ( $4,600 USD value) for the first 3 blocks found!

Current hasrate is 1.5Gh. Let's help to decentralize Zcoin mining and got some free and tasty coins!

You can ask questions here: https://discord.gg/7zyJmdZ

P.S. This is not my pool.

payout 1 Zcoin minimum ?

There's no need for name calling and hate. I understand we're all here to learn from each other and be a community, if the man doesn't want to share he doesn't want to share.

There are a ton of helpful people in the thread and on the board, I for 1 am just thankful to be part of it all here.

mining with a 1080Ti (and any other GPU) has nothing to do with any pool, so of course we are still mining with our 1080Ti.

Then a very noob question comes next. Is it profitable to run 2x1080ti on awesomeminer ? Should I mine an specific coin or use auto exchanges ? Any advices to a 1080ti noob with the current mining situation ?

P.S. enjoying my 1080ti to play, but want to get into the cryptocoin world

is it safe to connect 1080ti thru one cable using spliiter so one cable connects two pcie on card when using 65% power settings

You mean like this

I've been powering my 1080ti's like that for 6 months now without a problem. Cables don't even get a little hot even at 75% TDP.

No issues at all for me.

I have 3 cards @ 75% tdp, about 190-200w each so say 600w for the cards, around 100-200w for the system depending on what you have, so you're under 800w, so you still have that 20% safety of a 1000w PSU running at 80% load.

that depends more on the quality of cable. good quality 16awg wiring can handle 300W+, while lower quality power supplies may get hot wires above 200W. at 75% tdp the card should draw less than 200w

24" PCI-E cables with 16AWG wires and stripped ends - great for server PSU mods, best prices https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=563461
