I recommended argo some time ago and price is really taking off. Even now it seems to be one of the most profitable coins to mine, liquidity is also good in case you wanna sell fast.

Lux is very bad at the moment

 USD 4 each 1080ti

I think I'll try another algo

Guys, I mined a little at Zpool with a small rig, but it's hard to measure the profits, is it a honest pool or they  charge a lot because the conversion to BTC?

In my test,ahash is better

Because the nature how pool is calculating your hashrate, it is not very accurate and you can see it changing about 20-25%, while your rig pushes stable hashrate.
That is why the stratum diff is changing. But in a long run it really does not matter. Imho, do not bother with it

Why are you guys telling everybody which coins are best to mine? You know that everybody will jump to that coin and the difficulty will skyrocket and your profits plunge? If you find a good coin just keep it to yourself.

exactly, that is why I'm afraid can happen with ARGO as well ((
so once masternoders will gain a lot of coins, they will drop it to the exchange for sell and will dump the price
I hope I will be wrong, but with bithold this happend

What do you think about mining with:

ASUS GeForce GTX 1080 Ti 11GB GDDR5X 352bit PCIe (TURBO-GTX1080TI-11G)

Is that solo cooler enough for overclocking? What does TURBO prefix means? Anyone?

It is kinda cheap compared to other GTX 1080 Ti's, only 640e, while 1070 Ti is 600e

Update:

thats what i thought at first too but its a wrong conclusion.
only a very small fraction of miners are watching this specific thread, nothing compared to all the miners who are out there.
people in this thread benefit way more form knowledge exchange and can increase therefore their profits  Wink

6* 1060 6GB NVidia GTX will be great for mining Ethereum. The hash rate is about 130mh/s. So i think you will get 1 ETH in 3 months.

I'm trying to mine with nicehash using ethash. I followed the instruction but get the miner running but I always get the error Cuda error in func 'set_constats' at line 143 : invalid device symbol.

This is my command line

ethminer -SP 2 -U -S daggerhashimoto.usa.nicehash.com:3353 -O WalletAddress.gtx1080ti
pause

I have two GTX 1080 Ti and on Windows 10

My neanderthal method is to just mine for a couple hours then multiply Cheesy

But you could try something like this equation https://bitcoin.stackexchange.com/questions/8568/equation-for-mining-profit
