There are chances for such things to happen, like even if your computer gets infected by a virus or if a thing called a key logger is installed in your computer without your knowledge, then my friend your in deep trouble full of shit.  And your private keys should be protected in such a way that it is almost impossible for a hacker to get access to it.

Yes they can, Hackers have all the tools to exploit all of your information. On my opinion hackers are the most powerful in terms of digital or technology matter.
Hackers have great knowledge to exploit the vulnerabilities of a system, but you can take some easy safety measures that can protect you from most attacks, get control of your private keys by installing your own wallet, verify the download, install the wallet in a safe environment, a Linux distribution is ideal and finally keep that computer offline, if you want you could also encrypt your hard drive.

Absolutly yes, the hackers can do cracking on our wallet of bitcoins, many method can be used for doing it for example social engineering, this method exploit the human weakness is like use fake website of wallets bitcoins.
To anticipate hacking issues on bitcoins wallet, we must put the bitcoins not on one kinds of wallet bitcoins, never put all of bitcoins on offline wallet or online wallet bitcoins and secure the private key of bitcoins on safe place.

Think they can't hack it. There are many wallets that have high security. I have know 2 trusted wallets and I use it to store my bitcoins. Coinbase and Coins.ph are really trusted wallets and have high security that can make your bitcoins safe.

Hmm..i think it can happen everytime like , you never know. Now the bitcoin code it's supposed to be secured , but you never know from where it may appear a weaker part that can be hacked.
Well I am sorry to say but I am not agree with you because I don’t think that it is happening everyday or every time because it is the old era when bitcoin was unsecured and it was easy to hack today the bitcoin currency has achieved the most powerful currency title and it is not easy to hack because of the hardware wallets and the online wallets so keep your bitcoin save fearlessly and enjoy the profit in the future.

you have to make your wallet password very complicated so hackers are not easy to break it.
if you are still in doubt, you can also save it in offline wallet so internet hacker network is not connected to your computer.

Security doesn't necessarily always mean about passwords. Passwords that are long and have various symbols like letters and numbers, capitalized or not cm be decoded now by a program so it loses the sense of creating a complex password for better security. The best way to secure your bitcoin is to store it on offline wallets and not just one wallet. Make it several so that if 1 wallet is hacked you won'tbe losing everything that you have Smiley

I am also not very much in favor of complex passwords. They are not that tough to be hacked. The methods you have mentioned are much safer. I am also storing my coins into offline wallets since online are very much viable to hacking. Moreover multiple wallets as you mentioned by great margin reduce the risk of going bankrupt by the hacking of one wallet.

Well some wallets providers hasnt take care and hackers had stolen costumers funds, the last one were jaxx or something similiar those, usually are taking eth tokens, wich are coming one after another. I never had been hacked with blockchain.info but i dont store a lot coins there anyway, the best thing to do is to put those into a cold storage key and dont use the computer to anything else, neither visit any outside link.

Correct, passwords are important but that is not everything, around the world the most used OS on desktop computers is windows, but most copies of windows are running pirated software, and most of the time, pirated software has virus and key loggers so it is a mistake to install a wallet in such a computer, sooner or later a hacker is going to steal your bitcoin.

I believe (someone do correct me if I am wrong) the top notch hackers can even hack into the supposedly "supercomputers" by any countries but they probably won't be able to get away at this day and age. The government usually try to recruit them instead.

That brings us back to the topic, our wallet definitely can be compromised. That's why crypto investors that have most of their grains in it take some of the extreme protection. Have a rig that does not connect to the internet, have a hardware wallet, have multi-signature features, have CryptoSteel (so you never forget your seed and can never get burn).

I think it can probably hack by hackers because some of them are professional in online hacking. In addition to that, if you do not want to hack your wallet you should keep your private key in safe place and you can also use 2fa to keep you wallet secure. Lastly, just put your private key in safe place.

Actually they can't hack it if you're not careless and you're sure that you followed some security measures to secure it. its like caring for your wallet in real life,

if you carelessly put it somewhere somebody can stole it. of course online wallets are exception because even if you secure your account its still dangerous

because you don't control your private keys, the owner/s can run with your money and hackers mostly targets online wallets

It is only unsafe computers that will make it unsafe for your wallets. Viruses or a soft firewall will make it happen and maybe an unsecured connections.
Dont log in your private keys at internet cafes. There may be keyloggers too.
So all in all it is your account which is not safe. Not bitcoin.

it is not easy to break into a wallet.
I think the wallet has made security doubled. guarded defense.
but no means can not be hacked.
but if to steal one of the users it is very difficult, because most swallets have a private key

I think it's not so easy for someone's computer to be hacked without the required data.
I think someone haker he will spread a virus torjan that can hack someone's computer.
and if we use antivirus it is easy to clean.
usually the haker will break the wallet server not with a personal user.
that's what I know

theoretically it is impossible to hack into your wallet but hackers can not only steal your data but can also become you by studying your behaviour, so they have some methods which can affect you indirectly like they can infect your device or they can create a fake wifi so if you connect that your device can be compromised.these hacks are basically called spoofing or man in the middle attack or there are some other attacks too. to be safe also avoid installing any untrusted apps or software and do not use your money related stuff in others wifi network.

I believe bitcoin cannot be hacked by hackers thought there is this so called 51% attack but I have not seen it being done in Bitcoin.  But if there is a 51% attack, the chain will definitely fork making Bitcoin to have 2 chain and the original chain will remain.  With regards to wallet, it can be if your pc is infected with wallet.dat sniffing malware  Grin .  There are already some cases of wallet.dat being hacked due to downloading infected files.

OP is not asking about Bitcoin itself, but just your wallet. Like you said, if your wallet.dat is found then you can kiss your Bitcoins goodbye because all you need is that to recover them and hackers will steal them if they find it.

Online wallets are the most unsafe of all the wallets for the simple reason that you are not the only person that holds your private keys, even if some services argue they do not know your private keys you have no way to know that for sure, so it is better to keep your holdings of bitcoin in desktop wallets, cold wallets, paper wallets or hardware wallets, that way the chance to get hacked is lower.
