the bitcoin protocol itself may be secure enough but the people professional hackers can do any thing, i think you must keep your private keys or password safe, and don't let anyone have access to it, for example you can be printed out and stored on paper. So be careful.

I think this can happen if you are using low security wallet
A hacker can search your personal information to steal passwords. You should choose the best wallet to store bitcoin and use the password with multiple characters and do not let anyone know

This is a no-brainer. Bitcoin wallets are hacked on a daily basis and it is why we need to seriously be careful about the security of our devices and general security of how out Bitcoin is stored.
Yes i agree on that maybe  we really need to be more carefull on our device ,if there will be a  malware or a viruses or an suspecious apps maybe we can delete  or take a quick action to avoid being victimize by a hackers bitcoin system is really hard to hack but our device must really be a simple way to hack everything .I believe being more careful is a must on this online activity that has really confidencial because of involvement of money and profit thag is why we need to be more vegelant on it .
Hacking your computer is not all to rob your money by hacker. Today, there are many methods to rob money through internet easily. Example fake website, this form is one of the most common cases stolen many money from cryptocurrency's users. Myetherwallet is one of websites has many fake sites and a lot of users lost their money by these fake sites.

I agree, this form of theft is more common and dangerous than the probability that a wallet will be hacked

Be on the lookout for suspicious activity on your cell phone and especially notifications of a SIM swap or port. Don't keep all your Bitcoin in one place – diversify your investments.
Keep the bulk of your Bitcoin in a “cold wallet” ie. an offline wallet not connected to the internet. That's enough for security.

I think the best way is to create a offline wallet and put it in a pen drive. This way nobody can access it. The online wallet is too much risky, at least I can't take the risk. I just searched google and there are many cases of wallet got hacked even after high security.

In our generations there is possibility since there is no such things impossible in this world, even the government system can be evade and hack by professional IT.
In just wrong move that you did, your account can be endangered even though the company and management provides a strong security. It is our duty also to be careful enough in every action that we make.

You can take necessary measures not to get hacked. Store your btc offline, connect only on specialized device which you're sure is virus free, store your private keys offline too, do proper back up. Good luck Smiley

The Bitcoin actually can't be hacked, it's too hard and difficult; what hackers do is put a trojan in some junk mail which the user open, steal all the info about the wallet (address, password, etc) and transfer to 2 or 4 accounts in order to lose tracks.

Hacking of bitcoin wallets is the easiest way of earning bitcoins. Bitcoins rising price is a warning bell to all its wallet users. They have to be more and more careful about their wallets and their bitcoins stored within. Hackers are always searching for the loophole we left in our wallet security. Use only certified mobile wallet. Never share your private key with anyone. Do not store it by writing it in an email or in any other document. Update your antivirus and firmware application from time to time. Do not click or open any unidentified email or any link(message) received at your point. This may be a trap. Its our duty to protect our wallet and bitcoins from hackers.

can they hack into our wallet. There are many professional hackers out there. What are the chances? Also what is the safest way to safeguard ourself?
I think the safest way to protect your wallet is to install a password that has a different character, and not carelessly give our data to others.

Yeah, bitcoin wallets can be hacked if you kept your private key in an online storage like emails or drives.so you need to keep your bitcoins in a hardware wallet or in paper wallet then store your private key in the offline drive. The hardware wllaet are the best if you are storing more than one bitcoin and it is easy to use.
Never store your bitcoin in online wallets lime coinbase because your bitcoin will be stolen easy.

That's right the system itself is hard to break out but hackers do some forms of virus which can penetrate inside our device and that particular virus will collect all the details that needed in order to duplicate your information, so either way they will be able to hack your wallet that's why its really best to have hardware wallet and store it in a safe place.

There are many types of wallets.

Hosted wallet.   Desktop wallets (online/offline).   Mobile wallets (online/offline).   Hardware wallets.    Paper wallets.

The hardest ones to hack into is the ones without a path for hackers to reach.

Start reading up on the way bitcoins are common stolen and you'll be able to be more careful protecting it.

For better security offline wallets are the good choice. Use of offline wallets secures bitcoin from hackers. Also cold storage is there.
I want to add something here, for better security of your bitcoin as well as account, you must create unique id and password for your account. And dont share this information to anyone also dont write it anywhere.

It's possible if you don't know how to secure your key private. and your email. so to avoid hacking keep your wallet secured.
For me that was very possible, because right now in todays generation there are many professional hackers who are great on hacking a wallet, and based on my knowledge hackers is targetting to hack the wallet of some people who are posti g there wallet on social media sites so my advice is always protect your wallet.
