can they hack into our wallet. There are many professional hackers out there. What are the chances? Also what is the safest way to safeguard ourself?
Its possible for sure if you don't take the measures to safeguard your digital assets. Its as easy as sending a word file embedded with a virus to you. If you are using a bitcoin wallet on a computer, you should always set a strong password with many prefixes to reduce the chance of getting hacked as it may get cracked after being stolen. Secondly make sure you have a strong antivirus on your computer. Also its not advised to store bitcoin on online wallets as its easier to get stolen. If so you are using an online wallet, always use 2FA or Authy to secure yourself. Lastly if you want absoulte protection, use a hardware wallet such as trezor or ledger.

Yes, there are many possible cases that can happen. The usual case is because of the wallet user's password is not that strong and can easily be hacked. Some other cases is when a virus, specifically a spyware or a malware has entered your computer and stole your information. Have a strong antivirus and a strong password and use a reliable wallet provider.

I do think that wallets can be hacked if their security is not strong enough like settings up small or weak password,or even opening or downloading some virus embedded files. Also storing private keys and activating 2FA would give hackers a hard time hacking our wallets. But wallets are pretty secure as there aren't many cases of hacking if it were the case then bitcoins would be in trouble.

I don't think hackers can hack your bitcoin wallet out of thin air, as if you use a secure password even your compromised wallet file cannot be bruteforced for obtaining the bitcoins. The case of online wallets is completely different as there could be a loop hole in their security that can be exploited to get server access and then obtain user accounts and their bitcoins. But for obtaining bitcoins from your computer the Hacker has to have a key logger installed in your computer to record your pass phrase to unlock the bitcoin wallet.

that is right, hackers can only get the access to your access if your protection is not too strong. so better be careful to take care of your wallet to avoid being hack by the hackers. you can secure it by putting 2fa or any other verification codes.

Hardware wallets can't be hacked, so I suggest that.

Always use different PC or mobile for logging into the wallets, that will keep hackers far away. Hackers are everywhere and they try to hack whatever they think and their job is hacking.
By reading this gives more important information and gaining some knowledge on securing funds.

Agreed with you, if we take proper precautions and safety of our system and the login credential then it is difficult for the hackers to get the access of the wallet. People should avoid to save such confidential details on their computer in order to avoid such instance.

The safest way to avoid hackers is to buy hardware wallet like Trezor or Ledger Nano. Hackers cannot hack if your wallet is not connected online. They can only be hack your wallet by getting your private key or user name and password if it is an online wallet like blockchain.info or Coinbase.

Exactly, they can flirt with vulnerabilities of your laptop/computer and attempt to break into it and steal private information including your wallets private keys but they cannot directly hack your wallets and spend your bitcoins because they will need your digital signature which are your private keys.

There are so many wallets. Online and offline. Is that now a 100% guarantee that it won't be accessed by any outsider? Certainly not. It makes our btc and other altcoins safe but if hackers really have the intention to siphon off those meager funds of ours, they can. They have done it to the CIA, to the Pentagon, to FBI, with all the confidential files. Hackers are always a threat.

Normally, if we have a good wallet security system the hackers will have trouble if want to break the wallet we have, but the hackers could have known the password we have from the email, and this is only one way of many ways that hackers can do, they are very reliable to breaking anything. so we should really attention to our wallet security, especially if we have a lot of bitcoin in our wallet. my advice we can make Bitcoin Paper Wallets, the type of Bitcoin wallet in offline form so it is very safe from hacker attacks.

Exactly, they keep searching for vulnerabilities and so if you keep yourself unguarded be it your computer or through social engineering they can get a hold of your wallet and spend your bitcoins.

Hackers are always trying to do anything to steal valuables. their job is looking for security flaws and that is the work of hackers. The current case that often happens is fishing, it is equally dangerous because hackers can take all our bitcoin by using privatekey. be careful with your wallet and always bookmark or check back the address.

Yes no impossible to the hacker once they want to hack. My recommendation to you is transfer your money in bank to secure your money always. Another option is multiple wallet address.
