Web wallets are about the least secure method of storing any amount of Bitcoins, even if 2FA is enabled. If they have your private key, they can do anything they want. Most wallets advertise themselves as not having access to your private but they do infact, may have copies of it. They can easily update the UI and trap your passwords or seed to unlock the wallet.

Google around and you will find numerous hacks on web wallets.

What they do is sending some phishing like and looking the same with blockchain.info's interface or other web wallets. I mean it has got high security measures always, like private keys, keystone file and prefix phrases etc. That is really complicated process to break out. That is possible if you are using third party program an that is online wallet and I think if you are gonna use a authentication then you are safe from hackers and another is the hard core wallet just like trezor and any other wallet that you are the only one that is holding the private key to access the wallet.
