An eye for an eye. A rapist should be punished according to what he did. Rape is really not acceptable. Especially to the victim who will experience trauma her whole life because of what the rapist did to her. Death penalty I think should be implemented again and charge this to the rapists.

No one rapes because it's in their nature. They need treatment, those who cannot be rehabilitated then deserve no part in society. Doesn't give you the right to inflict harm on others, no individual has that right.

In India for the past few years there are many rape incidents happen and there are no safely young women in this country. The rapists are not even punished and are left freely. I do not know how will the victims lead their life after such incident has happen in their life. In some countries, the rapists are let off freely if they marry the victim. In some countries, the rapists are given death sentence.

I believe you are wrong, this is only If they made a sexual relation out of wedlock (while both parties agreed on doing so). I mean, what normal person would agree to marry his rapist?

In India, sometimes the rapists are let off if they agree to marry the victim. But in 90% of the cases, the married life ends up in failure, and the groom dumps his bride after a few months.

That would be easy for them. Rapist who get away with their crime will soon rape another. Cut their penises and legs and arms and let them live if they can. Or the government can blind them but also provide them a rope if they want to hang themselves after it.  I think this is a better punishment for such crime.

That's a big correct bro that instead of legalizing death penalty they should cut their pennis and legs or arms so that they will not going to do it to another person. Death Penalty is also good but we have the law of man and law if God that was violated if this was implemented. First the law of man, it is said in the 1987 Philippine constitution in article 3 the bill of rights section 1 the right to life, liberty and property. Secondly, they also violated the fifth commandments of the Lord "Thou shall not kill". So if we want to solve this kind of crime we should follow what is in the first sentence.
