They should be raped by male prisoners everyday or cut their genitals. At least by doing that, it will lessen that pain and trauma they have caused to their victims. Victims of rape will endure this as long as they live so it is just fair that those things should be done to rapists.

I quite jailing rapists alone is not good enough punishment in my opinion,  their penis should be cut off so that the can't do that again , after that they should be raped by a cactus themselves to see how it really feels.

Marrying the victim is not enough for me. I mean were not even sure if the relationship will work. We'll just make the life of the victim more miserable. So, I think marriage for the rapist and the victim is enough. For me, they should wear a chastity underwear until they truly regret what they've done.

Yes, rape and other form of sexual assault are becoming very common these days in India and sometimes the victim is given the fault of being raped. Death penalty is not the solution for rape. If death penalty could act as a deterrent, then there would be no case of homicide or no case rape in Muslim countries. We have enough laws to punish rapist but the problem is not implementing them properly due to various factors like political pressure, caste system, money power, muscle power and so on. What is needed is fast track court to punish the accuse as fast as possible. In addition to it rehabilitation of both the victim and the accuse should be done, though separately.  Having said that if the victim happens to be my near and dear, then no need for going to the court because I will just kill him  (take it as a joke)

Marry the rapist, what the hell. Then he will just rape her over and over again. Its like multiple murder, its multiple rape. Hang in public is my choice base from your example once the victim is dead. But if the victim is alive, I would suggest to cut-off his penis in the public and lifetime imprisonment. That's it.

Do I imagine that an attacker ought to wed the casualty? No, that is madly idiotic and is recently going to prompt an unpleasant marriage. Do I figure they should me executed in some kind of way, yes I do. Amputation of the penis may be a right punishment. It will prevent the rapist from taking part in further crimes once he is out of the jail (but there is no guarantee that he will not try to harm the girls in some other way). But I don't agree with the second part of your post. Most of these rapists are perverts and psychopaths. They will enjoy such punishments.

Maybe so, it's better a death penalty than humiliation. Punishemnt is needed, but to enjoy seeing others being humiliated is not good also. Doing this we would be turning ourselves into the same monter the raper is. This kind of people is dangerous and don't deserve a place in the society, they can attack once and once again without limits, also death penalty finishes the costs this prisioner would cost for the country.

I would agree if the family would pay the costs of the raper in the jail, but he would have to be operated anyway, that operation that removes the sexual instincts (but not mutilation).

Only the strongest of punishments seem to be appropriate for rape. Few other crimes can make people as angry as rape.

Rape is considered as the most offensive crime a human can commit. Rape victims are often looked down in the society and have to suffer mental torture without any fault of theirs.
Different governments across the globe came up with strong laws against sexual assault to make their countries a safer place for their citizens.
In France, the rapist is punished with 15 years of jail time with torture which can be extended to 30 years or a lifetime imprisonment depending upon the extent of damage caused to the victim.

What happens when the woman makes up the rape claim? 

Maybe she doesn't like the guy and wants to hurt him?

Maybe she regrets having sex?

Maybe she got pregnant and doesn't want her parents to think she had consensual sex?

In normal circumstances I am against torture. But against rapists and pedophiles, torture is a viable option. But here the problem is that if the perpetrator is tortured, the victim is not gaining anything. So I have a better proposition. Why can't we send these people to some penal colony, where they will do hard labor for 18 or 20 hours (like in North Korea)? Whatever revenue generated as a result can be given to the victim.
