You are right. The child molesters face a tough time in the prison. I have heard a lot of things, and I don't want to post them here as they are too graphic. But these people deserve that sort of treatment. Why do they need to rape kids, when they can hire a sex worker for $40 or $50? Then there is one thing though. If the rapist is having good connections, then he will escape from this brutalization.

If the rape victim is 12 below - death penalty
If the victim is 12 to 18 - lifetime in prison
If its 19 up - depending on the crime how it happened

Death will be short punishment for rapist because it will only end his life and the girl who is culprit of it will have to face struggle in society as well she will go through mental torture so rapist should punish by all that pain, suffered by culpitt, he should go through daily torture. moreover the best option change the gender of rapist

I used to think that the Islamic nations are having some of the toughest punishment for rapes. But it is not simple. First it is the responsibility of the victim to prove that she didn't provoked her attacker. If the lady was alone or with her boyfriend, then the rapist can claim that she is of loose character. In most of the cases, the victim gets punished instead of the perpetrator.

I believe you are wrong, this is only If they made a sexual relation out of wedlock (while both parties agreed on doing so). I mean, what normal person would agree to marry his rapist?

I think the best punishment for rapist is lifetime on prison so that they can punished there mistakes in their entire life.Death is not a fair punishment for rapist because everyone of us needs a second chance because only God knows what is our death.

I think the best punishment for rapists should be categorized depending on the weight of crime done to the victim. For regular rape cases, it should be lighter than those who had rape their own blood, and no to mention those who raped their victim, and then killed, tortured or any form of dismemberment should have a grave punishment.

Sir according to a research, In every 3 mins there cause a rape in India. According to me the one of the body part of the raped should be cut down hope you understand in front of the public. If I'm the lawmaker, I'd put a forever imprisonment depends on the severity of the case. The least could be 30 years because no matter what happens, it's still rape. You molested a human body which is against the moral of humans. I'd put forever imprisonment if the case includes physically abusing the victim and such. Rape doesn't sound so good to me especially I'm a woman.
