For my opinion the penalty for rapists is death penalty to stop these bad activities

I do not know how will the victims lead their life after such incident has happen in their life. In some countries, the rapists are let off freely if they marry the victim. Nope I don't really think that marrying the victim is fair it would only put the victim in much more shame,
For me I think the punishment should be life imprisonment.

And maybe these people need attention and treatment? Therefore, it may be better to follow the Japanese scenario of educating the society in the rally plan, because in Japan, crimes on sexual grounds are very very few.

Well, that is stupid. Why would you record what you are doing? A criminal do it if there is a consent from the one they are raping. Some of those are not really a victim of rape, but rape with consent. In short they like it but in the end they don't like the deal so they would file a case or those perverts kill their victim or hurt them and then upload the videos.

Yeah you are right, their P* should be cut, but that has a Psychological effect on the suspect and might depress him and would just result to just killing himself to end his misery.

The most just punishment is to chop off their cock. That they could not use it anymore. I think it's fair.

First of all, in my opinion death penalty is too lenient for a brutal crime like rape (especially if the victim is a child). And secondly, proving the guilt beyond doubt can be a bit complicated in the case of rape (if the victim is an adult), as women can file fake complaints against men after having consensual sex. Even if the penetration can be established, how can it be proven that it was forced or consensual?

in so many years ive been heard a lot of problems in our country but what i hate is if i heard in news that there is again rape case,thats why when president Duterte said that there was a life sentence i am so happy for that.that is the greatest punisment for all the rapists in our country.

No matter what country we are in, rapist will always be there and all we can do is to be cautious. The best punishment for rapist will be death penalty will proven guild beyond reasonable doubt. I know its harsh, but think about the trauma of a rape victim. They can't even sleep well and the act while they were being raped stays on their mind. Women values their body no matter who they are. There's no death penalty in our country and rapist will just go to jail. They will experience hell in jail but that won't be enough. Death penalty might be a solution to decrease the rape cases.
