my cousin watches this scary tv show - black mirror - and there is this episode about the punishment for the woman who kidnapped a child. they kidnap her every single day then clean her memory and start again. maybe we should do something like this to the rapists

i think punishment in rapist is must be creepier so that know will; do that again cause jailing rapists alone is not good enough punishment in my opinion,  their penis should be cut off so that the can't do that again.and i know that each country have different punishment of the rapist cause we have different  laws too. but for me it should death penalty.

Death penalty seems a tad too harsh for me. They have to be registered their whereabouts have to be tracked if they are released after serving their term, the neighbours have to be alerted of their presence.
Rapists should be properly dealt with according to the established laws. The problem in most asian countries is that rapists hardly serve their jail terms, they either walk scot free because of their political affiliations, or they are released on bail. If they are properly dealt with, it will definitely discourage random assailants.
I severely condemn marrying victims off to their perpetrators, it's ridiculous in my opinion. Imagine having to live off your entire life with someone you absolutely despise.

Rapist is known in my country which is philippines and they got jail only and i think jailing them is not the best option so that they can understand that they wrong.The rightful punishment for all the rapist in the world is by cutting their private parts off. And give them a sentence of a lifetime in jail and let the other prisoners rape them as long as they want. That way those rapers and even the ones who are thinking about raping someone will be afraid of doing it.

Rapist is so known in different country specially in my country cause theyre not afraid of commiting sins.I really think that the most effective way to scare the rapists or potential rapists is to give them the traditional torture or punishment for rapists. I've read an article that the punishments before were so scary and deadly that most people would be scared to commit crimes. I think fear is the best way to scare people from committing crimes.

I think death penalty or or life sentence is too harsh thats why its better to hurt them so that they can experience what horrible thing they have done .There is no fair punishment for these horrible, sub-human, bloody creatures because death penalty or life sentences aren't enough to relieve mournful families and victims disaster but being the best of a bad lot , torturing is a good choice to punish these brutal horrible bastards...

I think death penalty is not the best way to punishment of the rapist it must be something that they will hurt them so that they will not doing  horrible things again.I have been convinced that to punish rapists so that they then never wanted to rape. You can also deal with them as they are with their victims. Only by using mechanical devices.

In India for the past few years there are many rape incidents happen and there are no safely young women in this country. The rapists are not even punished and are left freely. I do not know how will the victims lead their life after such incident has happen in their life. In some countries, the rapists are let off freely if they marry the victim. In some countries, the rapists are given death sentence.

According to you, what can be the best punishment for these rapists so that no one else should think of raping a women. I like the punishment which is given in most of the Muslim countries - hanged to death in public. Do you think that this is fair or they should marry the victim???

Whatever the penalty be, the rapists must be removed from the society and they should be never given another chance to repeat their crimes. And obviously, child rapists must be punished more harshly than those who rape adult women. I am not sure whether they should be given the death sentence or not, but they should never be let free again.
