We should change our law for the rapists, this is a brutal crime commited by a person who are in drugs. In other country punishment for the rapists is death penalty or lethal injection and why should we not doing like this.

Prison rape is an evil and there is nothing to brag about it. Unless you are some gang member or someone having political connections, the chances of getting raped inside the prison is very high. And the nature of your crime doesn't matter much. Rapists and pedophiles sometimes get the harshest treatment, but it is not like the other prisoners are let off easily.

I don't know if this is really happening here in the Philippines. I only read this in comics and in old action movies. Even in news, I don't see such thing happening, unless someone wants to do a wild confession. 

Anyway, most crimes and cases here in the Philippines is unsolved, so most of the criminals/rapists are only in City jails until their case is done, it took years, and the offender is sometimes old already in the City jail before they are transferred in the National Prison.

For me Death penalty was better to punishment for the rapist that abuse women/child just for her sexual immorality.

In India for the past few years there are many rape incidents happen and there are no safely young women in this country. The rapists are not even punished and are left freely. I do not know how will the victims lead their life after such incident has happen in their life. In some countries, the rapists are let off freely if they marry the victim. In some countries, the rapists are given death sentence.

According to you, what can be the best punishment for these rapists so that no one else should think of raping a women. I like the punishment which is given in most of the Muslim countries - hanged to death in public. Do you think that this is fair or they should marry the victim???

Goverment must punish all the rapist for me death penalty because they ruin someones life they should pay the lives that they ruin, because every girls deserved to be respected. Cut their birds and cut their balls too!

maybe you are right.....if a person applies his body as a means of violence, then maybe you need to limit it in using his body...it would be fair

For me it would be death penalty. This kind of act is very evil therefore a brutal punishment should be implemented on it. Those persons that are planning to do this kind of criminal act should think twice if he/she  still value his/her life. This is a very serious kind of act that are committed by evil doers.

I would more agree if using the Islamic law that the death law so rapists will feel the deterrent effect to do that. but because in some countries on behalf of human rights to inseparable from the death penalty but still the government must give the punishment as severe as it concerns the security of a country

So you are not different from them if you would kill them too? I agree that they should be punished, but killing them because they rape their girlfriend or their neighbor might be too much. I would prefer jailing them for a lifetime and let them suffer the consequence of what they've done.

just as in my country they are enacting human rights as a mere political form while in my country the majority of islamic but the death law is by no means enforced. I really hate their rapists, they are like animals that do not think of the fate of other human beings. that's why a lot of women are afraid to come out tonight, in my country because of the many crimes of a rapist

You're right, the best punishment is to cut their penis. In my country, even if you are the husband you can still get accused of raping your wife if your wife wants to, unlike what the op said about their country, the protection of women and children is too strong in my country.

I do think they should be punish by either life imprisonment or death base from what kind of rape they did and how is the victim before and after the action.
Like when a man rapes a girl under 18, they should be imprisoned for life or if the girl was traumatized.
