Those who rape someone and go to jail for that most frequently get raped in the prison every single day. Especially if the victims are kids, murderers and other criminal have no mercy for those people.

In this case, I have to agree with you. For a woman, rape is even worse than death. So the punishment which should be given for a rapist must be more harsh than the one which is to be given for the murderers. I like your suggestion of constant torture. What about locking up the convict in some remote penal colony, where he has to work for 16 hours a day?

Death, no two ways about it, serving jail-time isnt a good enough punishment to rapist, i so hate men that could even have such thoughts in their mind, if you cant control yourself or you love sex so much you can get married that might help, if it doesnt then its better you even cheat with other ladies, Hire a hooker if you want, But please and please dont rape someone, So yes DEATH should be the best punishment for rapist

Death penalty for them  , even a child ages 1 or a 6-9 month old have been raped with those people who don't have conscience. I am angry for all the rapists !you all deserve to be in jail and have a death penalty.

Hanging to death is the only punishment to a  rapist who also murdered and killed their victims  or just simply cut their penis off o rmake them impotent.Its a better way to punish them so that others may be scared of doing something brutal.

That would be easy for them. Rapist who get away with their crime will soon rape another. Cut their penises and legs and arms and let them live if they can. Or the government can blind them but also provide them a rope if they want to hang themselves after it.  I think this is a better punishment for such crime.

In India for the past few years there are many rape incidents happen and there are no safely young women in this country. The rapists are not even punished and are left freely. I do not know how will the victims lead their life after such incident has happen in their life. In some countries, the rapists are let off freely if they marry the victim. In some countries, the rapists are given death sentence.

According to you, what can be the best punishment for these rapists so that no one else should think of raping a women. I like the punishment which is given in most of the Muslim countries - hanged to death in public. Do you think that this is fair or they should marry the victim???

I think the rapist should be raped so that he/she could understand the physical and physiological effect rape has on the victim. Then they should be brutally put to death.

Death penalty is a must for those who have been proven guilty. Rape is even worse than murder. Do you think enjoying the evil pleasures at the expense of the true sacrifice of the sacrifice? It is said that when a person is punished by the death penalty, it is done not to get justice but to take revenge; or demanding an eye for the wrong eye. But what about the victim? Does not he demand justice for what has been done to him? The life of a rape victim is a living hell. The victim will never be able to remove this incident from his life. He has to live with it. Rapists who have taken the spirit of a person to live, have no right to live alone. Hanging brings your life in a while but rape kills you every time you think about it.
