I'm not in favor of fair punishment. The victim suffers very traumatic and depressive moment after that experience and being fair is not an option. For me death penalty is the right punishment to lessen the percentage of rape victim around the world if not totally eliminated. On the issue about female to male, I think the law will act fairly and balance the true scenario.

Yeah, we have seen such cases in the past. Some girls are taking advantage of the situation and making false claims to avoid parent's scolding. Girls should be more responsible and should think twice before spoiling someone's life due to false allegations.

In so many years i have been heard a lot of problems in our country but what i hate is if i heard in news that there is again rape case.

No matter what  country we are in, rapist will always be there and all we can do is to be cautious. The best punishment for rapist will be death penalty will proven guild beyond reasonable doubt. I know its harsh, but think about the trauma of a rape victim. They can't even sleep well and the act while they were being raped stays on their mind. Women values their body no matter who they are. There's no death penalty in our country and rapist will just go to jail. They will experience hell in jail but that won't be enough. Death penalty might be a solution to decrease the rape case.

I think the death penalty is not the best way to punish the rapist is definitely something that will hurt them so they will not do terrible things again. Honestly, I like the idea of an eye for an eye. Have the rapist rape and then thrown in prison. He must know how it feels to be abused against their will. Maybe that way they'll learn sympathy. I doubt the will though, because rapists are very selfish.

The best punishment for a rapist is death penalty. So that the suspect will think first before committing the crime. If the punishment is only jail then it triggers the suspect to do the crime since it  can be freed due to passage of time.
