I dont believe on death penalty. But i do think that a rapist should be put in prison for a long time. And when they get out they should be forced to wear a sign or something that says that they are a rapist so people get a fair warning of the rapist.

Imagine the pain and suffering that a victim must undergo after the crime. Death sentence should be given to the rapist and death by guillotine would be the best punishment for rapists.

I don't think that any country is having such long prison sentences for rape. In countries such as Sweden, the rapists are often able to avoid jail time by paying a small monetary fine or by doing a few hours of community service. And in other countries such as India and Pakistan, the conviction rate in rape charges remain below the 1% mark.

Marriage with victim it is the worst variant i've ever heard. It is not punishment for a rapist, it looks like a punishment for a victim. I can't imagine how woman can live with her offender. It is not fair. I think an appropriate punishment for rapist is life imprisonment or death penalty

Probably to hang on the tree is the most best way to grant to all rapist in the world. Having them on the tree will be seen by many and be a reminder not to follow what that person do. That could be fair to the victim and the suspect. Hanging until death is a reward to the victim and feel relieved to show someone who did it to her.
